Chinese name iced rice belongs to Fujian cuisine-Fuzhou cuisine. Dessert tastes sweet, cold and refreshing. The main ingredients are glutinous rice (black/white), ice water (with essence), ice, coconut, pearl (QQ), fruit, peanuts, tremella, raisins, taro and red dates. It is the birthplace of Cao Xian in Changle District, Fuzhou.

Exercise 1 Edit
Ingredients: glutinous rice, ice water (with essence) and crushed ice.
Accessories: taro, coconut, raisins and various fruits (commonly used: watermelon)
Seasoning: sugar, butter, vanilla extract.
Cooking method:
1. Cook the glutinous rice for 5 minutes, then pour it out, then pour it back into the pot, add a little vanilla extract, stir and cook it on low heat for 10 minute, and turn off the heat until the rice is sticky.
2. Add a little sugar and butter and mix well.
3. After the cooked glutinous rice is cooled, add auxiliary materials, crushed ice and ice water.

Ingredients: glutinous rice, raisins, candied dates, red dates, peanuts, litchi, honey, candied fruit and ice water.
Exercise:
1. Wash glutinous rice and steam it into dry rice with a rice cooker.
After the meal is done, put it aside to cool.
3. Prepare materials, seven or eight red dates, a handful of raisins and three or four candied dates.
4. Take fresh litchi and break it into small pieces (if you are afraid of litchi getting angry, you can change it into your favorite fruit, such as watermelon and pitaya).
