If you want to domesticate and cultivate, the planting technology has the following requirements:
1, formula requirements of cultivation materials
(1) 74.5% of crop straw powder, 20% of bran, 0/%of phosphate fertilizer, 0/%of gypsum, 0.5% of lime and 3% of humus.
(2) sawdust 75%, bran 20%, phosphate fertilizer 1%, gypsum 1%, humus 3%.
(3) corncob 40% (crushed), sawdust 20%, soybean skin 15%, wheat bran 20%, phosphate fertilizer 1%, gypsum 1%, sugar 1%, and plant ash 2%.
2. Production and culture requirements of fungus bags
The material-water ratio of the above-mentioned culture medium is required to be 1: 1.3. After mixing, the material is fermented for 20 days, the temperature of the material can reach 60-65℃, and the water content can reach about 60%. And then bagging, wherein the plastic bag size is 17*33cm, and each bag is 0.5-0.6kg. Sterilize at normal pressure 100℃ for more than 0/0 hour, and inoculate strains at both ends of the bacterial bag after cooling.
Bag culture: culture at 20-22℃ for 30-35 days, and the mycelium can grow in bags, so that it can be cultivated.
3. Requirements of cultivation methods
(1) Indoor bagging cultivation. Mushroom room can be cultivated after disinfection with Bijieshi brand chlorine dioxide disinfectant. First, spread a plastic cloth on each bed surface, spread 3-4 cm thick humus soil on it, pat it flat, remove the plastic bags, and arrange the fungus sticks on the bedstead one by one. About 40 plastic bags 17cm×33cm can be placed on each square meter of bed surface. After the fungus stick comes out, spray water lightly 1 time, cover the soil for 3 ~ 5 cm in time, and cover the surface with 2 cm thick bamboo leaves or deciduous trees to keep the soil moist. After 1 month, the fruiting body can grow. The southern region produces the best mushrooms from mid-to-late March to April.
(2) Outdoor bagging cultivation. Select the forest land with three parts of yang and seven parts of yin as the boundary. The method of taking out the bag and taking out the mushroom stick is the same as indoor cultivation, and the mushroom bag directly contacts the soil. Pay attention to the temperature change in the boundary. The temperature should be kept between 12-22℃, and the scattered light should be kept to prevent direct sunlight.
4. Requirements of management measures
Morchella likes humidity, and the growing environment must keep the relative humidity of air 80%-95%. When cultivated outdoors, hyphae and fruiting bodies grow well in winter, especially in early spring, if there is much rain and the temperature is suitable. If there is drought in early spring, be sure to water it in time. The low temperature of 4 ~ 16℃ in early spring can stimulate the formation of Morchella fruiting body; If the temperature changes sharply at this time (below 4℃ or above 16℃), it will affect the development of fruiting bodies. In a word, keeping the appropriate temperature and humidity conditions of Morchella in early spring is the key to successful cultivation.
