According to the Notice of Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance on Organizing the Training Examination for Yunnan Provincial Government Procurement Evaluation Experts, the examination function of Yunnan Provincial Government Procurement Network is open all day. Everyone has two free exams (one exam and one make-up exam). The assessment results of the employed experts serve as an important basis for the renewal of employment. Only after the newly hired experts pass the examination can they submit the warehousing application to the financial department for review.

Procurement review experts should have good professional ethics, honesty and self-discipline, law-abiding, and no bad credit records such as bribery, bribery and fraud.
