According to "Regulations on Quality Management of Seafarers' Education and Training in People's Republic of China (PRC)", the relevant working procedures of quality management system need quality records, including teaching and training plan control procedures, enrollment and student management procedures, student enrollment and management procedures, teaching and management personnel control procedures, venue, facilities and equipment management procedures, teaching and book management procedures, teaching and training implementation procedures, quality record control procedures, teaching and training inspection and evaluation procedures and so on.

The quality records in each working procedure are required to specify the record name, storage period and storage department. If the records are in tabular form, the record number should be compiled uniformly.
