2, the main technical personnel quality
(1) There shall be at least 5 registered construction engineers specializing in mechanical and electrical engineering and construction engineering.
(2) The technical director has been engaged in the technical management of engineering construction for more than 5 years, and has the intermediate title or above in mechanical and electrical specialty or the qualification of registered construction engineer in mechanical and electrical specialty; There are no less than 10 people with intermediate or above titles in mechanical and electrical engineering related majors, and the majors are complete.
