The concept of law, to truly learn, know, understand and abide by the law, to know their obligations, and to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests reasonably, our school organized teachers to study the teacher law, the law on the protection of minors, the law on compulsory education and so on. Through this study, teachers have a more accurate understanding of the spiritual essence of the Teacher's Law, defined their rights and obligations as educators, and changed the principle that "if teachers don't study the Teacher's Law, they will inevitably lose their way and don't know what to do." In teaching, we must adhere to the principle of the unity of rights and obligations on the basis of People's Republic of China (PRC) Teachers Law. Enjoy the rights of "education and teaching, academic activities, managing students, accepting labor remuneration, democratic management and further training" in accordance with the law, and consciously fulfill the obligations of "obeying the law, fulfilling the employment contract, educating students, caring for students, stopping infringement and self-improvement".

The Law on the Protection of Minors is the first special law to protect the rights and interests of minors in China. It stipulates the guiding ideology, contents and principles of protecting minors, the methods and contents of family protection, school protection, social protection and judicial protection of minors' legitimate rights and interests, and the legal responsibility for all kinds of violations of minors' legitimate rights and interests. Protecting the legal rights of minors is a basic law. Its promulgation and implementation fully embodies the attention and care of the party, the government and the whole society for the healthy growth of minors, and provides a strong legal guarantee for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of minors and optimizing the environment for children's growth.

Minors are in a special stage of physical and mental development, which determines that they are always in the position of being raised, guarded, educated and protected. In life, the personal dignity of minors is often violated by guardians, teachers and other adults, which seriously hurts the personality and self-esteem of minors. For example, in some schools, violations of students' rights and injuries to students' self-esteem occur from time to time, and there are more or less corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguise. For example, sometimes a student is punished, sometimes the whole class is criticized for violating discipline, sometimes the top students are given preferential treatment, and sometimes the attitude towards the underachievers is poor. These practices not only violate the provisions of relevant laws, but also seriously endanger the physical and mental health of students. Therefore, our teachers should fully and accurately understand their rights and obligations, care for all students, respect their personality, promote their all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique, and put an end to acts harmful to students or other acts that infringe on their legitimate rights and interests. Protecting the healthy growth of minors has gradually become the knowledge of the whole society. However, the protection and help from all aspects of society can only get good results through the cooperation of minors. A very important reason is that parents, teachers and society can't always care for minors. Only when minors have their own skills can they effectively guard against infringement from social life. They should be made to understand that when their legitimate rights and interests are violated, the most effective self-protection measure is to seek legal help. Safeguarding rights according to law can not only protect one's legitimate rights and interests from infringement, but also safeguard the dignity of the law. Therefore, while strengthening the protection from family, school and society, we should enhance the awareness and ability of minors to protect themselves and safeguard their rights and interests according to law.

Minors are the hope of mankind and the future of the country and the nation. It is a strategic systematic project that needs the participation of the whole society to give special protection to the legitimate rights and interests of minors and do a good job in the training and education of minors. It is the sacred duty of every citizen to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors and cultivate their healthy growth. Therefore, we teachers should seriously study the basic knowledge of education legal system, constantly enhance the concept of education legal system, consciously implement the national education laws and regulations in education and teaching, correctly fulfill the rights and obligations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, constantly enhance the awareness and ability to implement the national education policy, and improve the level of education and teaching.
