Under the guidance of President Han Manxian for one year, in the early stage of our young teachers' career development, it is a top priority for young teachers to have a good class. Therefore, in the future teaching work, I will continue to consult my tutor and other teachers in the group, and initially form my own teaching concept, education concept and my own thoughts, so as to make full preparations for each class and leave a good impression on students. Third, to be an excellent head teacher, we must be people-oriented, be a good head teacher who is conducive to students' physical and mental development, establish an equal, democratic, trusting and respectful teacher-student relationship with students, cultivate our strong organizational leadership, management and coordination abilities, and make my class develop steadily and harmoniously, so that every student in the class can become an adult. If I am an assistant head teacher, I will also actively cooperate with the head teacher to do my own job, and constantly learn from the experience of experienced head teachers to pave the way for the future work of the head teacher.

Only by continuous learning in education and continuous innovation in teaching according to the actual situation of students can the teaching level be gradually improved. The teacher's ability is to make a child who doesn't like learning love learning. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to transforming the content of experience into the content and form that students can easily understand and accept, and teachers should become guides, supporters and collaborators in the exploration process. Every in-service teacher should read more books, think more and reflect more, constantly enrich himself with knowledge, be a thoughtful teacher, do a good job of reflection and summary, and strive to be an expert and scholar-oriented teacher.
2. Try to change your role.
As a young teacher, we should know the society more rationally, know our role, change the "emotional" or "romantic" attitude towards life in the past, and handle new relationships in this new environment, such as the relationship between new and old teachers, colleagues and teachers and students.
The role change of young teachers still needs a long process, and there are still many questions. The biggest confusion is how to teach well, which is the basic quality of teachers. Therefore, new teachers must change their role status, conform to the needs of students, leave space and time for students to fly their hearts, and create a relaxed and free atmosphere. In this relaxed atmosphere, students are really guided to study actively, encouraged to study boldly, and truly become masters of learning, participants in learning activities, explorers and researchers.

(2) Infect students with their own words and deeds.
Teachers should use their own behaviors to influence students, truly become role models for students, and let students learn from teachers what to do and what not to do. Therefore, teachers should be serious, steady, standardized and decent in teaching, dealing with people and behaving. In addition, teachers should have regular spiritual exchanges with students and open their hearts to them.
