(1) Advanced research and training for academic and professional leaders
This training is a provincial-level training, including three projects: the Senior Visiting Scholar Program, the Senior Visiting Engineer Program, and the research and training of professional leaders. The training objects are professional leaders, leaders or backup candidates in higher vocational colleges, and generally should have professional and technical positions above the subtropical high school.
1. Senior Visiting Scholar Program. Send teachers to domestic key universities or research institutes for research and training, track and understand academic frontier trends and development trends, expand knowledge, carry out or participate in corresponding scientific research work, and improve teaching and research ability and academic level. The training time is 1 year, and 120 people are selected, which will be implemented after the individual declaration, the consent of the school and the receiving unit, and the audit of the provincial higher vocational teacher training center.
2. Senior visiting engineer project. Send teachers to practice in large and medium-sized enterprises or scientific research institutes, follow up the latest technology in production line, participate in technical research and cooperative research and development, help teachers deepen their understanding of practical professional work, improve their practical ability and promote the integration of Industry-University-Research. Training time 1 year, 80 people were selected and implemented after individual declaration, consent of schools and receiving units, and audit of provincial higher vocational teacher training center.
3. Training of professional leaders. Send teachers to key undergraduate colleges in the province for training, track the latest progress of their majors, master the theories and methods of specialty and curriculum construction, improve the ability of academic research, professional teaching reform and curriculum construction, and build a talent team that leads the professional development of higher vocational colleges. The training lasts for 3 weeks and 200 people are selected.
(B) key teachers to improve training
Including national training and provincial training. In principle, the training targets are teachers of professional courses and public basic courses under the age of 45, and the training units are national demonstration (backbone) higher vocational colleges and key and characteristic undergraduate colleges in the province. The main content of the training is to learn new theories, cutting-edge technologies and key skills in the professional field, and improve the professional ability and the quality of education and teaching. The national training lasted for 4 weeks and 384 people were selected. The training time was 7- 14 days, and 2460 people were selected.
(3) enterprise job training
This training is a national training. The training targets are professional teachers who have not practiced in enterprises for more than half a year in the past five years, and the training bases are large and medium-sized enterprises inside and outside the province. Through internship, we can improve their understanding of enterprise production and industrial development, further improve teachers' practical operation ability and technical service ability, and improve practical teaching in combination with the actual situation of enterprises to achieve the development goal of "double-qualified". The training lasted for 8 weeks and 580 people were selected.
(4) Special training for training managers
This training is at the provincial level. The training targets are the administrators of education, teaching and teacher training in higher vocational colleges, the heads of training bases, etc. Improve the professional level of managers through training. The training time is 5- 14 days, and 600 people are selected.
(5) Foreign training
Including national training and provincial training. The training targets are professional leaders and backbone teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through training, learn the theories and methods of vocational education in developed countries, advanced educational technology, curriculum and teaching project development. The national training lasted for 4 weeks and selected 82 people. The provincial training time is 3 months, and 60 people are selected.
Second, the training organization and management
(A) Higher vocational colleges should attach great importance to teacher training as an important way to build a contingent of teachers. It is necessary to select students according to the training tasks and requirements determined in the notice, handle the contradiction between work and study, and ensure that teachers participating in the training can complete the training tasks with peace of mind and on schedule. Every school should have a special person responsible for the selection and registration of students. State-level training should be registered on the platform of teachers' professional ability development in higher vocational colleges (website:), and provincial-level training should be registered on the teacher training network of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province (website:). Each school must complete the registration from April 1 1 to May 10, and organize the teachers who participated in the national training to fill out the Recommendation Form for National Training of Key Teachers in Higher Vocational Education (in duplicate), and the teachers who participated in the provincial training to fill out the Registration Form for Provincial Training of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province (in duplicate). Teachers participating in the training will take the recommendation form or registration form to participate in the training. Among them, the teachers sent to participate in the national training outside the province must be put on record by the provincial higher vocational teacher training center before they can participate in the training.
(2) Units undertaking training programs should strengthen their sense of responsibility, quality and service. It is necessary to strengthen the investigation of training needs, carefully formulate training plans, and conduct training in strict accordance with the approved training plans. It is necessary to strengthen contact with the sending units and review the qualifications of the students. 7 days before the start of the training, contact the trainees or the teachers' management departments of relevant colleges and universities about the training through SMS, email and written notice. To ensure that students attend the training on time. We should attach importance to training management, formulate training management regulations, and strengthen students' training assessment. For provincial training, one copy of the Registration Form for Provincial Training of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province should be sent to the students' school and the other copy should be kept within 15 days after the end. At the same time, the Summary of Provincial Training for Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province will be sent to the Provincial Teacher Training Center.
(3) Provincial higher vocational teacher training centers should strengthen the overall coordination, professional guidance, organization and implementation of teacher training in higher vocational colleges in the province. To strengthen the training project audit and training quality supervision, to ensure high-quality completion of various training tasks.
Third, the management of training funds.
(a) the national training funds are mainly allocated by the central government, and the insufficient part is borne by the provincial finance and the selected schools. The domestic training subsidy standard is 5,000 yuan/person from the central government and 2,800 yuan/person from the provincial finance; The subsidy standard for on-the-job training of enterprises is central finance 1 10,000 yuan/person, and provincial finance is 5,600 yuan/person; The foreign training subsidy standard is 30,000 yuan/person from the central government.
The provincial training subsidy standard is 20,000 yuan/person for senior visiting scholars and senior visiting engineers, 400 yuan per person per day for provincial backbone teacher training, professional principal training and special training for management personnel, 3,500 yuan/person for young and middle-aged backbone teachers to study English abroad, and the provincial foreign training subsidy standard is 30% of the training cost.
The selected school is responsible for students' transportation expenses, and the training unit may not charge accommodation fees.
(2) The funds for research and training of professional leaders, special training for managers, foreign training, senior visiting scholar program and backbone teacher training undertaken by universities in the province shall be directly allocated to training units by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of Finance.
The training funds increased by the senior visiting engineer program, enterprise on-the-job training and senior visiting scholar program undertaken by universities and backbone teachers outside the province shall be directly allocated to the dispatching unit after being audited by the provincial higher vocational teacher training center by the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Department of Finance, and shall be paid in advance by the dispatching unit before the financial funds are allocated.
(3) The training funds of each training unit shall be earmarked for special purposes, and strict economy shall be exercised. Shall not arrange visits and inspection activities unrelated to training, and effectively improve the efficiency of the use of training funds. The Provincial Department of Finance and the Education Department will supervise and inspect the training funds.
