Born in the northern city of Jilin, he spent his childhood in his hometown near the Yalu River in Liaoning. Under the influence of his parents, he has been pasting and painting since he was a teenager. I have done gouache, oil painting, Chinese painting, comics, prints, pyrography and glass painting. Perhaps it is the special age and family environment that cultivated his "childlike innocence" in painting and calligraphy. After graduating from high school, I first went to the countryside to farm, and then I recruited people back to the city. During his work in the trade union of the Mining Bureau, he kept writing wall newspapers all day, leaving the gallery, and writing and drawing became his first job.

After resuming the college entrance examination, he was admitted to the philosophy major of the university, and founded the "Poetry and Painting Club" with the purpose of artistic exchange and the "Bachelor Club" with the purpose of discussing social issues. He insists on writing poems and painting in his spare time. After graduating from college, I have been working in the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. I once worked in the Communist Youth League Central Party Committee, the Communist Youth League Central Research Office and the Communist Youth League Central Office, and worked in Art editor. Participate in the establishment of China Youth League, China Youth Research and China Youth Science and Technology. Over the past 30 years, I have participated in many important meetings and activities of the Communist Youth League, leaving many precious historical records for the work of the Communist Youth League.

1985 participated in the first Central Lecturer Group, taught philosophy and art courses for senior teachers, won the honorary badge of the Central Lecturer Group, and was received by General Secretary Hu Yaobang. Zou Dali once wrote a word "change" in more than a dozen fonts with an inscription: Nothing can last long except change. Actually this is life! It is said that it is changing, but what is in a person's bones is hard to change, just like blood, it is innate and accompanied by life. After decades, he seems to have returned to the original point of artistic life and spiritual life. Perhaps this is the poetic dwelling and soul returning home in the philosophical sense. Zou Dali wrote such a poem:

Thinkers have no boundaries, and walkers have no boundaries. I am a walker, exiled on the road. My resume has only three lines: the first line is birth, the third line is death, and the middle line is where I walk and think.
