2. For objects and civil main structures with hoisting quality greater than or equal to 40t, a hoisting construction scheme shall be prepared. When the hoisting object is less than 40t, but the shape is complex, the rigidity is small, the length-diameter ratio is large, the precision is expensive, and the construction conditions are special, the hoisting construction scheme should also be prepared. The hoisting construction plan can be implemented only after it is reviewed by the competent construction department and the Ministry of Security and approved by the competent leader.
3. Safety warning signs shall be set for hoisting operation, and special personnel shall be assigned for supervision. There should be enough lighting for hoisting at night. When outdoor operations encounter heavy snow, heavy rain, fog and strong winds of magnitude 6 or above, operations should be stopped.
4. Before lifting operation, detailed safety inspection must be carried out on the moving parts, safety devices, slings and rigging of lifting machinery, and the safety devices of lifting equipment should be sensitive and reliable. Before hoisting, the crane must be tested and the operation can be carried out only after it is confirmed. Lifting rope, windproof rope, traction rope, etc. Avoid touching live lines and keep a safe distance at the hoisting operation site.
5. No one is allowed to lift with heavy objects or lifting machinery. When hoisting is necessary under special circumstances, reliable safety measures should be taken and approved by the on-site commander.
6. During hoisting operation, hoisting must be carried out according to the specified load, and rigging shall be selected and used through calculation. Overload operation is strictly prohibited.
7. If the approval procedures for lifting operation are incomplete, safety measures are not implemented, and the working environment does not meet the safety requirements, the operators have the right to refuse the operation.
Safety operation procedures for lifting operation
1. Before hoisting operation, the site should be fully dressed, and labor protection should be done well. It is forbidden to work after drinking, and the safety management system for hoisting operation should be strictly implemented. The lifting operation ticket must be handled, the procedures are complete, and the measures are in place before the operation is allowed.
2. Before lifting, check all safety protection devices, indicating instrument signals, oil level, tire pressure, standby, wire rope, etc. Crane's own vehicle conditions to confirm whether they are complete, effective and in good condition to meet the use requirements.
3. Before lifting, correctly grasp the weight of the crane, and do not allow the crane to be overloaded.
4. Before lifting, strictly check whether the lifting lug and the rope buckle are fastened, so as to avoid the heavy objects from unhooking and slipping. If necessary, tie a sliding rope on the hanging object to prevent the hanging object from swinging and rotating during lifting.
5. When there is someone under the jib hook or hanging object, and there is someone or floating objects above the hanging object, lifting operation shall not be carried out. When two or more lifting machines are used to lift the same heavy object, the lifting and operation should be carried out simultaneously; The load borne by each lifting machine shall not exceed 80% of its rated lifting capacity.
6. Before hoisting operation, the hoisting personnel should be clearly pointed out, and the hoisting personnel should wear obvious signs. It is forbidden to command the crane by more than one person.

8, lifting machinery and its boom, spreader, accessories, wire rope, cable wind rope and hanging objects shall not be close to the high and low voltage transmission lines.
