Encourage financial institutions to provide loans to the real economy and small and micro enterprises that attract a large number of employees, have a good effect of stabilizing employment and have standardized employment, and support them to stabilize and expand employment. Support financial institutions to optimize the loan approval process, reasonably determine the loan amount, increase credit loans and other support under the premise of legal compliance and controllable risks, and provide qualified small and micro enterprises with loan renewal support.
Give full play to the multiplier effect of entrepreneurship driving employment
Focus on the entrepreneurial needs of college graduates, migrant workers and other groups, support them to start entrepreneurial projects with less investment and less risk, and engage in creative economy, personalized customized cultural formats and other special operations. We will implement the policy of guarantee loans and discount interest for business start-ups, simplify the guarantee procedures, exempt eligible applicants from counter-guarantee requirements, and improve the risk sharing mechanism and bad debt write-off mechanism.
