What's the difference between a used car appraiser and a used car appraiser?
There are differences, the differences are as follows:

Used car appraisers now have two certificates:

1. Occupational Qualification Certificate of Used Car Appraiser (OSTA), you can apply in Changsha. The certificate is uniformly printed and numbered by the Ministry of Labor and issued by the Hunan Provincial Department of Labor. It belongs to the provincial examination certificate, which is common throughout the country and the grade is medium and advanced;

2. Post Certificate of Used Car Appraiser (CETTIC) can be applied in Shanghai, Beijing, Xi, Zhengzhou and Shenyang. The certificate is directly certified and issued by the Ministry of Labor, which is universal in the whole country and advanced in certificate level.

One is the post qualification certificate and the other is the vocational qualification certificate.

Used car appraisers belong to the post certificate, which is used for job hunting, employment and personal promotion and development.

The second-hand car appraiser's professional qualification certificate belongs to the second-hand car professional qualification certificate and can be used for employment. At the same time, it has the function of registering used car trading market and used car evaluation company, and the application conditions are more demanding.

The second-hand car appraiser and the second-hand car appraiser only have different certificates, and the training content and work content are basically the same. Since 2008, the state has cancelled the issuance of the national certificate of professional qualification for used car appraisers, entrusted a few provinces and cities to issue local certificates, and local training institutions organized training examinations. The certificate is issued by the Provincial Labor Department and belongs to the provincial examination certificate.
