However, due to many problems in the construction of citizens' morality, the boundaries between right and wrong, good and evil, beauty and ugliness are confused in some areas and places of society, money worship and extreme individualism grow, and all kinds of bad habits follow, especially corruption. The existence of these problems has seriously interfered with the normal economic and social order and damaged the overall situation of reform and opening up, and measures must be taken as soon as possible to solve them.
