Shi Yaoyi, female, was born in 1968. Before becoming a monk, Master Yao Yi was an accomplished performing artist. Because goodness requires good karma, when you listen to Buddhism, you are born. 1July, 1999 19 became a monk at Qianfo Temple in Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, according to the tonsure of Xiahui in the Ming Dynasty, and was ordained at Fajing Temple in Hangzhou from June, 65438 to February, 2000.
1studied at Chongqing Buddhist College in September, 1999; Graduated in July 2002. After completing his studies, he returned to the Qianfota Temple in Meizhou in the same year, and until May 2004, he taught at the Buddha Education and Training Center in Qianfota Temple, doing his best for the cultivation of Buddhist sangha.
