In this hot season, I embarked on the journey of a special post teacher and started a new journey in my life. In order to make our new teacher adapt to junior high school teaching as soon as possible, Yunxian Education Bureau specially gave us pre-job training. The content of this new teacher training is very rich, including systematic study, teaching, lectures, evaluation, courseware making, teaching experience exchange and so on. Through this training, I have gained a lot. Now I summarize my experience as follows:

First of all, the training has given me a clearer understanding of the profession of "teacher".

During the training, the teacher told us about the important tasks and special roles of contemporary teachers. This seems to be an old topic, but it is very weighty to understand and ponder their words carefully. This also makes me have a deeper thinking and understanding of the profession of teachers: first of all, teachers are the transmitters of culture. "A teacher is a teacher, so preaching, teaching and solving doubts" embodies the importance of a teacher from the perspective of knowledge transfer. Secondly, teachers are role models. It is precisely this meaning that "learning to be excellent is to be an official", which mainly involves the problem of being a man. Students all have "learning from teachers", which is actually a sense of identity; At the same time, the process of students' education is the process of personality perfection, and the strength of teachers' personality is intangible and inestimable. Teachers should really be guides for students. Third, teachers are managers. Teachers should have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination ability, so as to make teaching more efficient and promote students' development. Fourth, teachers are parents. As teachers, we should be full of "love". Teachers' love for students should be selfless and equal, just like parents treat their children, so we say that teachers are parents. And teachers should be good at discovering the bright spots and development needs of each student. Fifth, teachers are friends. The so-called "mentor" means that there should be a kind of "heart-to-heart" between teachers and students, and the harmony and affinity between teachers and students should be like intimate friends. Finally, the teacher is the psychological counselor of the students. Teachers must understand pedagogy, psychology, health psychology, etc. , and should understand the psychological characteristics, psychological confusion, psychological pressure, etc. So as to give timely help and solutions and cultivate students' healthy psychological quality.

Secondly, the training provides many methods and strategies for the practical work I am about to face.

During the training, the teacher also introduced some points and methods of being a good teacher to us in combination with his own practical experience, which left a deep impression on me. When talking about the development of teachers, he emphasized the practice of adjusting and updating his knowledge structure in time and lifelong learning; When talking about how to overcome difficulties, he also proposed ways to strengthen unity and cooperation among teachers; Speaking of teaching experience, it also makes me realize that teachers should think more, improve teaching methods and strategies in time, treat teaching with artistic eyes and strive for perfection. In addition, the teacher also stressed that under the background of the new curriculum reform, all teachers must conscientiously run through the new teaching concept, take the development of students as the foundation, and meet new challenges with new teaching attitudes. How to teach each course well with quality, efficiency and ability, so that students can continue to receive the teaching from the deep heart, which requires me to prepare lessons well, exercise well and study hard ... Of course, one of the essential conditions is to learn more from other teachers' teaching methods. In this training, some methods described by the teacher actually played a "sail" role for our new teacher. I think all new teachers, including me, should absorb and adopt them well.

Thirdly, the training makes me full of confidence and motivation for my future work.

For those of us who have no practical experience, we are somewhat timid about new life, new responsibilities and new roles. In this training, the instructors also pay great attention to our psychological changes. His speech runs through a center from beginning to end, which is full of encouragement to new teachers. One is to encourage us to adapt to the teaching environment, living environment and interpersonal environment of the school. The other is to encourage us to understand the society and our role more rationally and change the "emotional" or "romantic" attitude towards life in the past when we were students. The third is to encourage us to be a lifelong learning teacher and a teacher who can constantly adapt to new knowledge, new problems and new environment. Fourth, encourage us to persist in innovation, give full play to our intelligence in teaching, and strive to be the leader of teaching development. These encouragements make me full of confidence and motivation for my future work. Gorky once said: "Only confident people can immerse themselves in life with confidence and realize their will anywhere." Perhaps, for our new teachers, as long as they have the confidence to overcome difficulties, they can get a good start, and a good start is half the battle.

A new starting point needs a new struggle, and a new struggle needs a banner as a guide. The pre-job training organized by Yunxian Education Bureau is a good banner, which gives me practical guidance and encouragement in thought, action and practical work. All work needs practice to prove that success = efforts+correct methods+less empty talk. In the future work, I will be guided by this training spirit, make contributions to No.3 Middle School with my own practical actions, and realize my own value.
