Go-KARTING is a transliteration of the English word "karting", which is a quasi-formula racing car for short. Go-karting originated in Europe and America in the 1960s, and was introduced to China in the mid-1980s, and quickly spread to all parts of the country.

Shenzhen Circuit was formerly known as Shenzhen Xiangmihu Racing Club, and the specific operation was undertaken by Hong Kong Chen Co., Ltd., which established the first racing club in China and has rich experience in racing club operation. It is the only professional racing track in Shenzhen with the qualification to host national large-scale racing events, and it is also an important training base for young karting in Guangdong and even the whole country.

Shenzhen Circuit is located near Jinqiao Industrial City, Shangnan East Road, Shajing Town, Baoan District, Shenzhen, with convenient transportation. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Shenzhen Baoan Airport and about 25 minutes' drive from Huanggang Port. The racecourse covers an area of about 45,000 square meters and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The overall environmental layout is very beautiful, with green mountains, green waters and green forests, which allows many tourists to get close to nature and enjoy the beautiful scenery while competing for entertainment. The track of the parking lot is planned and designed according to international standards. The total track length is about 1200m, the road width is 10m, and the maximum straight length is 170m. In 2005, it was awarded the national A-class karting yard by the China Automobile Sports Federation of the State General Administration of Sport, and successfully held the 2005 National Karting Championship and the 2005 National Road Motorcycle Championship. The track has complete facilities, including restaurant, spectator stand, parking lot, computer go-kart simulation system, maintenance room, timing center, live TV room and media.
