In order to make the forklift work normally and reliably and give full play to its potential capacity, it is necessary to have regular maintenance measures. Technical maintenance measures, generally:
1, daily maintenance, after each shift.
2. First-class technical maintenance. After 65,438+000 working hours, a shift work system is equivalent to 2 weeks.
3. Secondary technical maintenance. Working for 500 hours, one shift is equivalent to a quarter.
I. Daily maintenance
1. Clean the dirt, mud and dirt on the forklift. The key components are: fork carriage and gantry slideway, generator and starter, battery electrode fork column, water tank and air filter.
2. Check the fastening of all parts, focusing on: fork bracket, chain tension screw, wheel screw, wheel fixing pin, brake and steering gear screw.
3. Check the reliability and flexibility of the foot brake and steering gear.
4. Check the leakage, focusing on: pipe joint, diesel tank, engine oil tank, brake pump, lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, water tank, water pump, engine oil pan, torque converter, transmission, drive axle, main reducer, hydraulic steering gear and steering cylinder.
5. Remove oil filter sediment.
Second, the technical maintenance level
Display the "Daily Maintenance" item and add the following tasks.
1, check the cylinder pressure or vacuum.
2. Check and adjust the valve clearance.
3. Check whether the thermostat works normally.
4. Check whether the multi-way reversing valve, lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder, steering cylinder and gear pump work normally.
5. Check whether the shifting operation of the transmission is normal.
6. Check and adjust the gap between the brake pads of the hand brake and foot brake and the brake drum.
7. Replace the oil in the oil pan, check whether the crankcase ventilation nozzle is in good condition, and clean the oil filter and diesel filter element.
8. Check whether the generator and starting motor are installed firmly, whether the connector is clean and firm, and check whether the carbon brush and commutator are worn.
9. Check the tightness of the fan belt.
10, check whether the wheels are firmly installed, whether the tire pressure meets the requirements, and remove the sundries embedded in the tread.
1 1. Parts were disassembled due to maintenance work. After reassembly, a forklift road test is required.
(1) The braking performance of different degrees shall be free from deviation and hunting. On a steep slope, you can stop reliably after tightening the handbrake.
(2) Listen to the operation of the engine under the conditions of acceleration, deceleration, heavy load or no load to see if there is any abnormal sound.
(3) After the road test, check whether the brake, transmission, front axle housing and gear pump are overheated.
(4) Whether the vertical speed of the fork frame is normal or not, and whether it vibrates.
12. Check whether the filter screen at the oil inlet of diesel tank is blocked or damaged, and clean or replace the filter screen.
Third, secondary technical maintenance
In addition to maintaining each project according to the first-class technology, the following work has been added:
1. Clean all oil tanks, filters and pipes, and check for corrosion and cracks. After cleaning, do not wipe it with a yarn head or cloth with fibers.
2. Clean the torque converter and gearbox, check the wear of parts and replace with new oil.
3. Check the bearing of the transmission shaft and change the direction of the universal joint cross shaft as needed.
4, check the various parts of the drive axle fastening and presence of oil leakage, dredge air holes. Disassemble and inspect the main reducer, differential and wheel reducer, adjust the axial clearance of bearings, and add or replace lubricating oil.
5. Disassemble, inspect, adjust and lubricate the front and rear wheel hubs, and replace the half axle.
6. Clean the brake and adjust the gap between the brake drum and the friction plate of the brake shoe.
7. Clean the steering gear and check the free rotation of the steering wheel.
8. Disassemble and clean the gear oil pump, and pay attention to check the wear of gears, housings and bearings.
9. Remove the multi-way valve, check the clearance between the valve stem and the valve body, and do not remove the safety valve if it is not necessary.
10, check whether the steering knuckle is damaged or cracked, the cooperation between the kingpin of the steering axle and the steering knuckle, and the wear of the joint between the tie rod and the steering arm.
1 1. Dismantle the tire, derust and spray paint the rim, check the inner and outer tires and the cushion belt, and change positions and inflate as required.
12, check the connection and fastening of hand brake components, and adjust the working stroke of hand brake lever and foot brake pedal.
13. Check the electro-hydraulic specific gravity of the battery. If it does not meet the requirements, it must be removed and charged.
14, clean the water tank and oil radiator.
15. Check whether the shelf and frame are deformed, whether the dismounting and cleaning rollers and accessories are fixed and reliable, and weld them if necessary.
16. Remove and inspect the lifting cylinder, tilting cylinder and steering cylinder, and replace the worn seals.
17. Check all instrument inductors, fuses and switches, and make adjustments if necessary.
Fourth, vehicle lubrication.
For new forklifts or forklifts that have stopped working for a long time, within two weeks after starting to use, when lubricating the bearings that should be lubricated, all the old oil should be squeezed out and lubricated with new oil for more than two times, and the following points should be noted:
1. Before lubrication, the dirt on the oil cover, oil plug and oil nozzle should be removed to prevent dirt from falling into the mechanism.
2. When injecting lubricant with a grease gun, it should be injected until the parts of each component are combined with the extruded lubricant.
3. Seasonal lubricants (engine oil, etc. ) Replace it in summer or winter.
