After adopting the nurse classification management model for patients, it can not only effectively improve the nursing effect, but also significantly reduce the disputes between nurses and patients, with high safety factor, which is of great significance in future clinical nursing.

abstract:

Objective To explore the role of hierarchical management model of nurses in improving the quality of nursing management. Methods 80 patients in our hospital (from May 20 14 to May 20 15, and May 10) were randomly divided into groups. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing scheme, while patients in the observation group were treated with hierarchical management mode of nurses on the premise of routine nursing. Results The nursing quality, the incidence of nursing disputes and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion After adopting the hierarchical management scheme of nurses, it can play an obvious nursing effect on patients without obvious adverse reactions, and it is worth applying and popularizing in future nursing.

Introduction to 0

Conventional nursing has some shortcomings, such as unreasonable distribution of nursing staff, no professional training, uneven ability and quality, and imperfect nursing system, which seriously affects the nursing effect of patients [1]. Therefore, in order to study the effect of improving the quality of nursing management after adopting the classified management scheme for nurses, our hospital selected 80 patients (2065 438+04-05-2065 438+05) as the research object. The following is the process and results of the investigation.

1 data and methods

Basic information of 1. 1

Our hospital selected 80 patients from May 20 14 to June 20 15 as the research object. Divide into two groups according to the random number table. 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group. Patients in control group: male: female = 22:18; Age range 2 1? Between 70 years old, the average age (47.68? 7.46) years old; The course of disease is 0.70-2.45 years, and the average course of disease is (1.65? 0.60) years. Patients in the observation group: male: female = 21:19; The age ranged from 20 to 72, with an average age (48.45? 7.28) years old; The course of disease is 0.65-2.60 years, and the average course of disease is (1.70? 0.40) years. P & gt0.05 indicates that the age and course of the two groups of patients are similar, so the data of this group can be compared scientifically.

1.2 nursing methods

The control group was given routine nursing plan. Nurses provide routine care by providing comfortable hospitalization environment, standardizing patients' eating behavior, making regular rounds, constantly detecting patients' ecological signs, and rationally using drugs to relieve patients' pain. On the basis of nursing care for patients in the control group, the patients in the observation group adopted the hierarchical management mode of nurses, which mainly included the following points: (1) The hospital needs to establish a nursing team, regularly select, assess and train the nursing staff in the team, and set up a ladder-like nursing level according to the working ability and time of the nursing staff. The order of hierarchy from high to low is head nurse, nursing team leader, responsible nurse and responsible nurse. (2) The head nurse's main job is to arrange nursing staff reasonably and supervise nursing quality; The main job of the nurse team leader is to formulate the corresponding nursing system, plan and guide the nursing staff to carry out the corresponding work; The main job of senior responsible nurses is to observe the symptoms of patients and formulate targeted nursing measures for patients; Primary duty nurses need to carry out all-round care for patients [2]. (3) Head nurses also need to formulate corresponding assessment plans, optimize traditional nursing processes, and improve the nursing quality and enthusiasm of nursing staff by implementing the nursing responsibility system and reward system.

1.3 observation index

Record and observe the nursing quality, the incidence of nursing disputes and nursing satisfaction of the two groups in detail.

1.4 statistical processing

Both groups used SPSS20.0 software to process the research data. The incidence of nursing disputes and patients' nursing satisfaction in both groups were expressed as (%), and chi-square test was used. What is the average score of nursing quality between the two groups? Standard deviation (? S) indicates that the inspection needs t. P < 0.05 means that there is a significant difference between the two groups.

2 experimental results

After the end of nursing time, the nursing quality, the incidence of nursing disputes and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P

3 discussion

According to research, the hierarchical management model of nurses, as a new nursing model, can not only effectively improve the quality of nursing staff, but also significantly reduce the incidence of nursing disputes [3]. In order to explore the nursing effect of nurse's hierarchical management mode, 80 patients in our hospital were investigated with different nursing schemes. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing plan, and the nursing staff carried out routine nursing by providing comfortable hospitalization environment, standardizing patients' eating habits, making regular rounds, always paying attention to patients' condition and using drugs to relieve patients' pain [4]. After the nursing, it was found that the nursing scope of the scheme was too one-sided and there was no professional training, which eventually led to unsatisfactory nursing effect and quality. On the basis of nursing care of patients in the control group, patients in the observation group adopted a nurse grading management scheme, set up a nursing team, regularly selected, assessed and trained nursing staff, set up stepped nursing grades, formulated corresponding nursing work according to nursing staff grades, formulated assessment plans, optimized nursing processes, and adopted nursing responsibility system and reward system for nursing management [5]. After this nursing, it is found that this scheme can not only significantly improve the work quality and efficiency of nursing staff, but also better understand the actual condition of patients, so as to take corresponding nursing measures, improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction, and effectively reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.

To sum up, the nurse's hierarchical management model for patients can not only effectively improve the nursing effect, but also significantly reduce the disputes between nurses and patients, and has a high safety factor, which is of great significance in future clinical nursing.
