I want to learn PS. Where should I start and what should I learn?
1, Photoshop is a universal digital image processing software, so when learning Photoshop, it is best to have a certain understanding of the darkroom processing and colorimetry of traditional photos, that is to say, the basic concepts must be clear and solid, so as to quickly enter the world of Photoshop.

2. First of all, you should be willing to take the time to understand simple functions, then you should have your own thinking and design how to draw, then you should do it yourself, and then you should stop reading the tutorial. PS color matching, several matting methods, image fusion, watermark removal, etc. Should be mastered.

3. Have a certain painting foundation: Sketch foundation is the stepping stone and cornerstone of all fine arts painting. If you have a good sketch foundation, you can draw, create and express fluently. The basic four-part sketch: black, white, gray, gradation, sense of volume and sense of space. Copying is a shortcut, but copying can not be described blindly, but should be interpreted and described in combination with knowledge structure.

Painting steps: ① handle the relationship between black, white and gray of the whole picture.

② Create a sense of volume and pay attention to the spatial relationship.

(3) Adjust the spatial relationship and pay attention to depicting the top object.

4, painting training:

1) Sketch: Practice a lot of sketch, scene sketch, character sketch, design sketch, and you can train anywhere.

2) Comic sketch: A lot of copying and creation are also carried out.

3) Color practice of gouache watercolor on paper: This kind of practice is very necessary experience and painting experience, such as toning, cultivating color sense, and shaping the body with color.

5. The above exercises can quickly improve observation and painting ability. After reaching a certain level, the next step of training can be carried out.

6. Role basis:

1) Dynamic structure of human body

Methods: ① Draw photos.

② Training of the same movement at different heights and angles.

③ Pay attention to the key frames of continuous action.

④ Try to design the action.

2) Human body mass: Pay attention to the orientation of human body mass. What the human body needs to pay attention to is: the change of characters' clothing, people's spatial consciousness and viewpoint.

7. Basic concepts in 7.PS

Bitmap: Bitmap images are technically called raster images, which use pixels to represent images. Select the zoom tool and click several times in the view to enlarge the image. It can be seen that the image is composed of a single pixel, and each pixel has a specific position and color value. The most remarkable feature of bitmap image is that it can express the delicate level of color. Based on this feature, bitmap images are widely used in photo processing, digital painting and other fields.

Vector graphics: Vector graphics, also known as vector graphics, depict images according to their geometric characteristics. The graphic elements in the vector file are called objects, and each object is an independent entity. Use the zoom tool to continuously enlarge the image. At this point, you can see that the vector graphics remain accurate and smooth.

Resolution: Simply put, computer images are clear and blurred, which is convenient for readers to watch. Relationship between image size and image size and resolution: If the image size is large, the resolution is high, the file is large and the memory is occupied, the computer processing speed will be slow. On the contrary, reducing any factor will speed up the processing.

Channel: Many readers are confused about the concept of channel. In fact, it is very simple, and the channel represents the color area. Generally speaking, a basic color is a channel, such as RGB color mode, where R is red, representing the red range in the image, G is green and B is blue.

Layers: When making works, use multiple layers. A layer is like stacking transparent copy paper together. Because of the transparency of copy paper, the area without image on the layer will display the contents of the next layer.

8, the color mode of the image

(1)RGB color mode: also known as additive color mode, it is the best color for screen display, and it is composed of three colors, namely red, green and blue, and each color can have a brightness change of 0-255.

(2)CMYK color mode: composed of magenta, magenta, magenta and yellow, also called subtractive color mode. Generally, this mode is used for printout and printing, so CMYK mode is generally used for printing pictures.

(3)Lab color mode: This mode is described by one light intensity and two tones, one tone is called A and the other tone is called B ... which mainly affects the brightness of timbre.

(4) Index color: In this color, the pixels of the image are represented by one byte, and the color table containing at most 256 colors is stored and the used colors are indexed, so the image quality is not high and the occupied space is less.

(5) Gray mode: that is, the image is displayed in black and white only, with the value of pixel 0 being black and the value of pixel 255 being white.

(6) Bitmap mode: pixels are not represented by bytes, but by binary, that is, black and white are represented by binary, which occupies the least disk space.

9, commonly used effect production method

1.) to make grayscale images.

To convert a color image into a grayscale image, the usual method is to execute the command of image → mode → grayscale, or execute the command of image → adjustment → decoloration. In addition, you can use the Channels palette to make grayscale images. Convert the image to "Lab color" mode: command "image → mode →“Lab color", then switch to the "channels" palette, and delete channels "A" and "B" to get a finer gray image.

2.) Draw an imaginary line

Select the brush tool and click the Toggle Brush Panel button in its options bar. At this point, you can open the brush panel and set the value of Spacing to be larger, which will leave a gap, and then use the brush to draw the dotted line you need in the view to complete the drawing of the dotted line.

3.) Make two pictures with the same size and superimpose the translucent effect.

Select the layer you want to adjust, and then there will be opacity setting options and layer blending mode setting options in the layer palette. You can adjust the transparency of the upper layer according to your own needs.

4.) Make the edge of the image fade out gradually.

Select the layer used to create the effect, and then click the Add layer mask button at the bottom of the Layers palette to add a layer mask to it. Then choose the Gradient tool, set the foreground color to pure black and the background color to pure white, and finally pull the effect in the mask.

5.) Draw solid spherical effect in PS.

Draw a circle selection, edit a three-color gradient. The first color is highlight color, the second color is backlight color, and the third color is reflection color (slightly lighter than backlight color). Then use the spherical gradient tool to pull the gradient from the highlight part to the backlight part in the floating circle. Just deselect the floating state.

6) Store the buckled graphics instead of the background color behind them.

After selecting the image, keep the selection floating, execute the edit → copy command, then execute the edit → paste command, then delete the lower layer, and finally save. Note that the storage format should be SD format or PS format or I format.

7) Make seamless mapping effect.

Seamless mapping is very important for making 3D images or web pages, which can be easily done in Photoshop. After customizing the image, execute the "Filter → Other → Displacement" command to shift horizontally and vertically. Generally, the displacement is set to half the image size, and the most important thing is to set the undefined area to fold back. After the displacement is completed, use the rubber stamp tool to smear the stitching of the image, eliminate the seams, and then define the image as a pattern. Through this pattern filling, a seamless background image can be obtained.

8) Create a custom brush in PS

There is a very useful resource in Photoshop that is not fully utilized by most people, that is, creating custom brushes. Execute the command Edit → Define Brush to define the drawn image as a new brush. If there is no selection, Photoshop will define all the images on the canvas as brushes. In this way, you can use these custom brushes to create various unique images.

9) Save the lens halo effect

In primary image processing, lens halo is one of the most commonly used cosmetic effects. Generally speaking, you can directly use the Filter → Render → Lens Halo command in the image to add atmosphere to the image.

(1) If we are very satisfied with the halo effect of a shot and want to save it, we can use the blending characteristics of the layer. Create a new layer on the image in advance,

(2) Fill the layer with black, then execute the "lens halo" filter, and then set the layer blending mode of this layer to "screen", so that the black is hidden and a separate halo effect layer will be obtained. However, the only drawback of this method is that it cannot be displayed on a white image.

10) let a picture cover the whole picture in PS.

First, define a picture as a pattern, and then fill it. Open the image, execute the "Edit → Define Pattern" command, open the "Define Pattern" dialog box, keep the default settings of the dialog box, and click OK to close the dialog box. Then select the document that needs to be filled with images, execute the command of Edit → Fill, set the filling content as pattern in the opened dialog box, select the defined pattern, and then click OK to close the dialog box.
