In the first half of 2009, the examination grades were: level 1 (MS Office, WPS Office and B), level 2 (C language, Visual Basic, Visual FoxPro, Java, Access, C++, Delphi), level 3 (PC technology, information management technology, network technology and database technology) and level 4 (network engineer, database engineer and software).
Second, the registration conditions and requirements:
Candidates are not limited by age, occupation, education and other conditions, and anyone can take different levels of exams according to their actual situation of learning and using computers. Candidates can only apply for one level at a time (including written test and computer test). If a level has different categories, candidates can only choose one of them. Candidates can only register at one test center at a time.
Third, the registration procedure:
Candidates bring their ID cards to the test center to register. Minors without identity cards can register with household registration books, and servicemen can register with military identity documents, and they should also carry copies of corresponding documents when registering. Registration uses on-site electronic cameras, and candidates must confirm the registration information on the spot. When the candidates register, the test center should explain the allowed text entry methods to the candidates.
If only one of the written test and the computer test passed in the last exam, you only need to fail in the make-up exam this time. When registering, you must issue a certificate of passing the last exam, and the qualified results will only be kept once. Candidates who hold valid reserved scores, but fail to show the qualification certificate of the last exam to the registration point at the time of registration, and fail to fill in the admission ticket number of the last exam correctly on the registration form, are deemed to have automatically given up the reserved scores.
Fourth, the examination fee:
According to the regulations of the Municipal Price Bureau, the examination fees for the National Computer Rank Examination are all in 84 yuan. Supplementary written examination fee 37 yuan, supplementary computer examination fee 47 yuan.

On June 5438+February, 2008 1- 10, all computer grade examination centers in the city accepted the registration consultation of candidates from Grade One to Grade Three at the same time, and the places were limited until they were full. Seven, computer examination application software:
All computer examination subjects are conducted in WindowsXP environment for the first time (testing machine). Two computer exams use MS Office 2003: MS Office Level 1 and B Level 1; WPS Office2007 was adopted in the first-class WPS office computer examination; Access2003 is used for computer examination of secondary Access database programming subjects; visual c++ 6.0； Computer examination adopts two-level C language programming, three-level information management technology, three-level network technology and three-level database technology. Delphi 7.0 Enterprise Edition is adopted in the computer examination of the second-level Delphi language programming.
Eight, the provisions of the alternative policy:
According to the "Notice on the Connection between National Computer Rank Examination and Higher Education Self-taught Examination" (Examination Committee [2004] 1 48), the document stipulates:1. Anyone who has obtained the first-class certificate of the National Computer Rank Examination may be exempted from the higher education self-study examination (including theoretical examination and computer application technology) computer application foundation or computer application technology course 2. Those who have obtained the second-class certificate of C language programming (written test and computer operation) in the National Computer Rank Examination can be exempted from the advanced language programming (I) course of the self-study examination for higher education (including theoretical examination and practical examination); 3. Those who have obtained the three-level PC technology (written test and computer operation) certificate of the National Computer Rank Examination can be exempted from the courses of Microcomputer and its Interface Technology and Microcomputer Principle and Application in the self-study examination of higher education (including theoretical examination and practical examination);
According to the relevant regulations of the spring college entrance examination in our city, those who have obtained NCRE certificate above Grade One (including Grade One) will be given priority in the spring college entrance examination.
Nine, examination syllabus and examination materials:
Since the examination in the first half of 2009, seven textbooks, such as "Level 1 MS Office", have been revised and published. Other subjects still use the 2008 textbook. The first-class MS Office textbooks are published by Nankai University Press, and other subject textbooks are published by Higher Education Press.
