"ICM Enterprise Risk Internal Controller" was independently developed by Aerospace Information Co., Ltd., and approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, which authorized Hangxin to be exclusively responsible for the market operation and daily management of the project, and also responsible for the national training institutions. China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center comprehensively supervises and monitors the national examination.
China Vocational Training Technical Guidance Center was established in 1998, and co-located with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is a directly affiliated institution, which is responsible for the technical guidance of national employment and vocational training and the technical guidance and organization of vocational skill appraisal.
CETTIC training is a national experimental and demonstrative training organized by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center. CETTIC certificate can be used as a proof of training students' practice, and it can also be used as a proof that they have received relevant vocational qualification training when applying for vocational skill appraisal.

Application conditions of ICM enterprise risk internal control
(A) enterprise risk internal control engineer registration conditions
Management, finance and economics college students or relevant personnel interested in enterprise internal control and risk management (special conditions can be appropriately relaxed).
(2) Registration conditions for risk internal control engineers in intermediate enterprises
Relevant personnel engaged in enterprise internal control and risk management shall have more than 3 years of work experience;
(3) Registration conditions for senior enterprise risk internal control engineers
More than 8 years management experience, 3-5 years internal control experience, and other relevant personnel involved in the company's strategic decision.
