To answer you from my personal experience: there is a written test. If you add a written test, the first round of interview (human resources) and the second round of interview (employing department) will take about two hours. Of course, it doesn't include the time you wait for an interview, which usually takes up one morning or one afternoon. Sometimes there is only one round of interview (that is, human resources and the employing department together). My personal feeling is not very strict.
