3. It is forbidden to wear chemical fiber clothes to prevent electrostatic accumulation and sparks.
4. The spraying equipment and supporting fans, pumps, motors, filters and other components shall be inspected and maintained regularly.
5. The paint should be prepared in a special paint mixing room.
6. The paint, solvent, thinner and pipeline shall be well connected, and no leakage is allowed.
7. When there is no centralized feeding system, after the work, the remaining paint and accessories should be sent back to the paint room or poured into a closed container.
8. It is forbidden to pour liquid paint and accessories into the sewer.
9. At the beginning of painting operation, the fan should be turned on first, and then the spraying equipment should be started. At the end of operation, the spraying equipment should be turned off first, and then the fan should be turned off. When the ventilation system stops running or fails, the automatic control device should immediately cut off the power supply and send a signal to the operator.
10. Articles stained with flammable substances such as paint, such as cotton yarn and rags, should be put into a covered metal box (barrel) and taken out on duty. Don't throw them about.
Second, the safety protection
1. Strictly abide by the operation procedures of spraying equipment.
2. Wear labor protection articles in strict accordance with regulations. Such as protective gloves and masks.
3. The materials used in the painting operation shall not come into contact with the skin, especially the thinner used in the operation shall not be used as a skin cleaner.
Third, fire prevention and paint leakage.
1. Fire protection: Store in a cool and dry place, away from kindling, well ventilated, and avoid contact with strong acid, alkali and oxidant; Handle with care, avoid collision and avoid contact with open flames.
2. Leakage: ventilate the leakage area to eliminate the fire. Avoid inhaling steam, absorb it with sand, vermiculite or other inert substances, put it in a container and treat it according to the requirements of the environmental protection department. Don't discharge into the sewer. It is recommended to use detergent instead of solvent for cleaning.
