Raw porridge is made by adding fresh meat to the bottom of pre-cooked porridge and cooking it bowl by bowl. This is called "raw porridge". At the bottom of the porridge is rice porridge, which is made of scallops, native fish and pig bones. The production of raw porridge is divided into two parts: porridge bottom and materials. The bottom of porridge is thinner than ordinary porridge and needs to be mixed with water and rice. The rice grains are almost completely dissolved in water, and only a little flocculent rice flowers are seen. Raw porridge includes beef porridge, sliced pork porridge, fish porridge, slippery chicken porridge, frog porridge and so on.
