Guangzhou No.10 Middle School was founded in 1906, history 109. 1953 from the former Xinghua Middle School and Jichang School.

The school was merged into Guangzhou No.10 Middle School, which was the first batch of private middle schools in Guangzhou that were transformed into public middle schools since the founding of the People's Republic of China. In 2003, according to the overall education plan and the adjustment of middle school layout in Yuexiu District, with the approval of the district people's government, 46 middle school and 10 middle school merged to use the name of "Guangzhou No.10 Middle School". In 2004, it was rated as the first-class school in Guangzhou. Although the school has changed its name several times, the spirit of rejuvenating China by teachers and students has been passed down from generation to generation for a hundred years.
