On February 8, BYD Auto also announced that it would assist in the production of masks and disinfectant. It is estimated that the masks will be mass-produced and shipped around 65438+ in February 2007. At the end of February, the production capacity of masks reached 5 million/day, and the production capacity of disinfectant reached 50,000 bottles/day.
Guangzhou Automobile Group has a more flexible thinking and decided to be self-reliant. On the one hand, we chose homemade equipment, on the other hand, we sent technicians to learn from mask manufacturers. According to the plan, GAC plans to cooperate with suppliers to manufacture 30 to 50 sets of self-made equipment. For automobile companies, it is not difficult to produce protective equipment such as masks, or even a piece of cake. Automobile is the most complicated product in industrial production. According to the six sigma quality management system, the standard of automobile regulations should be six sigma, and only 3.4 mistakes are allowed in one million opportunities, which is basically equivalent to the requirements of military grade.

In terms of complexity, mobile phones are more complicated than masks, and the technology of auto parts is much more complicated and precise than masks. From the perspective of personnel, the strict quality and management training system of the automobile industry has trained a large number of high-quality industrial workers. From the production environment, the dust-free and anti-static workshop, electronic electrification technology and safety standards of automobile factories are far higher than those of other industries.
It turns out that this is also the case. On February 7th, Guangzhou Auto Parts Technology Center sent engineers to study in Dongguan. It took two weeks to master the technology and production process of mask equipment, but it took only a few hours for Guangzhou auto parts engineers to master it.
At present, many domestic mask manufacturers are private small and medium-sized enterprises, or even "family workshops" of one household and one factory. No matter from which point of view, the quality of Wuling, BYD and GAC masks is no problem. If mask production alone is not enough to give full play to the ability of automobile enterprises, GAC has sent two batches 18 technicians to the mask factory since February 9 to help them improve their efficiency and production capacity from the aspects of technology, quality and on-site management.
Car companies also support planes and tanks at special times.
