Steps for WebEx to attend the meeting:
1. Click on the participation link sent by the host by email at the specified time.
2. Click on the participation link sent by the host via email, and this page will appear. Enter the relevant information of the attendees, including "name, email address and meeting password", and click "Join Now".
3. For systems above XP, you will jump to the following page, click "Click here" in the lower left corner of the page, or click the yellow bar under IE address bar to activate the plug-in.
4. The following window appears, click "Run", and the meeting manager window will appear, waiting for the system to be automatically installed.
5. Enter the conference hall and wait for the meeting to start.
