Dr TheresaChang-wheiJen, female, is currently the professor and director of the Chinese Department of Lord School of International Business Administration, Wharton Business School, the deputy director of the International Department of CollegeBoard, the chief international consultant, the senior consultant of American Educational Testing Center (ETS), the lecturer of American AP Chinese international and teacher training, and the chief testing officer of OPI of American Foreign Language Teaching Association (ACT FL).

From June to July, 2007, Professor Ren led the MBA-MA freshmen of Wharton Business School to China for a two-month Chinese course study and enterprise investigation. Dr. Ren is also the dean and professor of the Wharton School of International Business Administration. Since 1997, she has visited China many times to promote educational cooperation and exchanges between China and the United States.
