This paper discusses from two aspects: strengthening the professional ethics education and professional skills training of archivists, and puts forward the ways and methods to strengthen the education and training of archivists in combination with the actual work.

Keywords archivist education and training

The quality of file managers determines the level of file management. Modern file management needs a team of file managers with excellent style, outstanding ability and exquisite business to meet the needs of social and economic development and scientific and technological progress, so the education and training of file managers is extremely important. It is necessary to strengthen the education and training of file managers, on the one hand, strengthen the education and training of professional ethics, and promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of file managers; On the other hand, strengthen the professional skills training and communication of file managers, and improve their professional quality.

1 Significance and task of archival education and training

1. 1 archival education and training is the continuation and perfection of archival academic education.

Archives education and training, like general education for all, is closely related to social development and is the continuation and perfection of archival academic education. It can make up for the deficiency of academic education, promote and expand the knowledge and innovation ability of archival professionals on the basis of school professional education, and make them fully developed.

1.2 Archives education and training tasks

Its task is to broaden, deepen and improve the knowledge and ability of the educated, so that its structure tends to be reasonable and its level remains advanced, so as to better meet the requirements of archival work. Starting from the latest development trend of archival work, education and training should take the form of continuing education to teach the educated new ideas, theories, technologies and methods of archival work, so as to urge the educated to update their knowledge structure, realize the continuous optimization of archival team and promote the continuous progress of archival work and archival cause.

2. Strengthen the professional ethics training of archivists.

Being a qualified archivist requires not only hard work and excellent professional skills, but also good professional ethics and teamwork spirit. Therefore, training should not only update knowledge and strengthen skills, but also broaden training content, so as to build a platform for shaping compound archivists.

2. 1 Strengthen professional ethics training

Due to the various adverse effects of the current social environment faced by employees, the ideological and political work of employees is more difficult. Moreover, the file management work is boring, facing the cold warehouse and piles of data all day, and perhaps there are all kinds of unfair phenomena. The outside world is rich and colorful, and sometimes it is easy to be psychologically unbalanced. We face the reality, give psychological counseling to employees, establish correct values, stress dedication, dare to take responsibility, know ourselves correctly, and have goals in our work.

2.2 Strengthen the sense of teamwork

Teamwork consists of two layers. On the one hand, our archivists are a whole, cooperating with each other and working together. On the other hand, communicate and cooperate with other departments, "archivists should learn to manage" [1], cooperate harmoniously with all parties in their own management environment, do a good job in collecting and archiving, improve the quality of archiving and promote the development of archival work.

3. Strengthen the training and exchange of professional skills of archivists.

According to the requirements of different posts for personnel's quality and ability, as well as the requirements of archival career development for knowledge updating of archivists, and in line with the principle of lack of learning, making up for it, archivists should learn what they want to learn, master the technology they want to master, solve the problems they want to solve, constantly improve the teaching mode of professional skills training and exchange, form a teaching system conducive to cultivating archivists' practical working ability and innovation ability, and finally achieve the purpose of applying what they have learned and improving the quality and level of archival work. There are 1 1 archivists in our archives. Since the restructuring of 1999, 20 people have participated in the training, and the training period is too long. In recent years, the newly transferred colleagues in the archives are all engaged in archival work and have no chance to participate in systematic training. Even if there are training opportunities, it is only short-term and extensive training.

3. 1 Make a scientific training plan and establish and improve the regular training system.

At present, the training status of archives management personnel is: the training content is not practical, the content is single, the training has not been fully investigated, the preparation work is not meticulous, the pertinence is not strong, the people who need training have not come, and those who come for training will not use it when they go back, so the value of training cannot be reflected. In addition, the lack of self-motivation of archivists directly leads to poor training results. To change this situation, it is necessary to make a detailed education and training plan. On the basis of full investigation, making a scientific and reasonable archival education and training plan is the basis to ensure the purposeful and orderly development of archival education and training. To work out an archival education and training plan that meets the needs of practical work and contains advanced consciousness, it needs many aspects of research.

3. 1. 1 Basic information of archivists

Including age, education level, professional title, graduation school, major, archival work and training years. Understanding this situation is helpful to the goals and tasks set by the archives education and training plan, and has strong pertinence and applicability.

3. 1.2 Investigate the rules and regulations of archives management and the basic situation of enterprises.

Understanding this situation will help the archives education and training plan to better adapt to the development of modern enterprises, establish archives management mode suitable for modern enterprise system, and cultivate excellent archives management talents for enterprises. The organization and management part of the Archives Work Assessment Methods and Implementation Rules issued by China Petroleum and Natural Gas Group Company clearly stipulates that organizing archives training every year is one of the assessment indicators. Therefore, it is very important to establish a regular training system to improve the comprehensive ability of archivists and improve the level of archives management, and it is also the concrete implementation of the Archives Work Assessment Methods and Implementation Rules. Whether it is a novice or an old hand in the archives front, they all carry out dynamic training and all-staff training, so that everyone can train-improve and everyone can retrain.

3. 1.3 Investigate the archives laws and regulations formulated by the state.

Understanding this situation is helpful for the guiding ideology and principles of archival education and training planning to be consistent with the requirements of the National Archives Bureau for archival education and training, thus promoting the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of archival education and training.

3.2 Enrich the training content and construct diversified training forms.

3.2. 1 The content of education and training should focus on general training and gradually change to post-based and topic-based training. The training content is not only the study of archival specialty, but also the study related to archival work.

The training of new employees should be taught from one textbook to all posts, and special training with different contents should be designed for different types and responsibilities. Continuing education for employees who have been on the job for many years should be designed to meet the needs of updating knowledge and technology. After the Institute's office moved to the new office area, the archive room specially trained the newly-built fire-fighting facilities in the warehouse area and the office area on "knowledge of safe production" of fire-fighting facilities, and all archivists participated in it, learning while watching and operating. Through the study, we learned some new terms such as smoke detector, sprinkler, data collector and gas sensor, and their usage methods in safety production, as well as their functions in archives warehouse management and data protection, and how to effectively use these fire-fighting facilities in case of emergencies. This face-to-face discussion and study has a deep memory and obvious effect.

3.2.2 Conduct face-to-face communication and seminar-style education and training for archivists.

The training mode is not limited to being explained by the keynote speaker. Everyone can attend classes or communicate directly with archivists. People who communicate directly can be one or two units or several units, and they can discuss a specific topic or problems encountered in their work. The advantage is that archivists directly participate in it, give lectures, become teachers and students, realize interactive communication, learn from each other and exchange experiences. This seminar-based training mode can arouse the enthusiasm of teaching and learning and cultivate the ability of archivists to analyze, study and innovate. One year, in Chongqing, the in-depth training of PetroChina's file management system (E6 system) was very good. Before the training, I took the problems encountered by various units in using E6 system to learn, and the experts explained and answered them one by one. It is not only effective, but also very practical, which is very beneficial to the smooth online operation of E6 system.

3.2.3 Carry out in-depth training.

At present, most of the training modes focus on a theme for general training, focusing on practical operation to achieve the purpose of knowing fairly well, while there are few opportunities for more in-depth and systematic training. The "Evaluation Methods and Implementation Rules for Archives Management" promulgated by China Petroleum Group Company requires the archives managers not only to be confined to the basic work of archives management such as daily archives collection, sorting, storage, retrieval and utilization, and warehouse management, but also clearly put forward the work of archives resource construction, archives informatization construction, and archives development and utilization. According to the requirements, senior experts or university professors can be invited to carry out special training to explain the research trends and methods of archival work at home and abroad, the development trend of archival work and the level of archival science and technology, so that the educated can always pay attention to and understand the development trend of archival cause at home and abroad, master the theoretical research trends and status quo, and the application level of modern science and technology in archives. The advantage of in-depth training lies in mobilizing the subjective initiative of archivists and giving play to their learning enthusiasm. As an archivist, while attending in-depth training, I need to read more newspapers and magazines such as China Archives and Archives Bulletin, so as to exercise my ability in depth and breadth, broaden my horizons and be inspired, so as to be diligent and thoughtful in my work. "Archivists should be generalists" [1]. The so-called generalist refers to a talent who has certain professional knowledge, a wide range of knowledge, a solid basic knowledge and is good at synthesizing all kinds of knowledge.

3.2.4 Explore the network training mode.

At present, most training forms adopt centralized teaching training mode, which will be limited by organizers, holding time, holding place, holding funds and other factors, and can not achieve very ideal training results. At present, the digitalization of archives, the electronization of existing archives and the networking of lending archives are the future development trends of archives management, especially the digitalization of archives is a work carried out by various units at present. Since May 20 14, the Exploration Research Institute has successively carried out the digitization of documents, exploration, development, geophysical exploration, infrastructure and physical objects with permanent and long-term storage. Various archival resources are converted into digital archival information, which is managed by computer system. The changes brought by digitalization are all-round, which will bring new management methods and management space. In view of this development trend, our education and training work should make full use of the developed network system, design appropriate training content, establish an "online training classroom", and put the training materials online for everyone to learn and discuss how to provide and use them after digitization and how to borrow files. In addition, the education level of archivists is also increasing year by year. They are young, energetic and quick to accept new things. Online reading has become a fashion, and our online training mode also conforms to the trend of the times, which can improve the working interest of young archivists. In the specific operation, we can learn from the successful training mode of the company's OA system. At that time, the OA system used the combination of one-on-one face-to-face teaching, centralized teaching, timely downloading of network courseware and remote answering questions from computer clients, and provided all-round training and guidance to different system users in a relatively concentrated time, with remarkable results. In teaching methods and curriculum, we should pay attention to pertinence, practicality and advancement, and determine the network teaching content of different topics according to the knowledge base and actual needs of archivists at different levels, so as to enhance the awareness and ability of archivists to use network resources for autonomous learning. In addition, you can regularly answer your questions at work, exchange your experience and share your work experience in the "online classroom". In a word, network training can be free from the limitation of time, place and funds, and can also enjoy information, save training costs and improve the quality of personnel.

At present, the training contents of file managers are varied and the training methods are different. However, archives training is a dynamic problem, which must adapt to the development of national economy and science and technology. At the same time, the quality and ability of file managers are related to the level of file management, which in turn determines the development of file business. Therefore, the focus of our archives management training and education work should be to cultivate high-quality archives managers and take a "high-level" training model. Therefore, it is suggested that enterprises and institutions at all levels, like scientific research development planning, formulate systematic, clear, strict and powerful medium-and long-term training plans, training objectives, training systems and training measures for archivists, constantly sum up the experience and shortcomings of archivists' education and training, comprehensively improve the quality of archivists, and make archival undertakings develop synchronously, harmoniously and continuously with economic construction and scientific and technological progress.
