1. Freshmen register online and confirm on the spot. New candidates who sign up for the self-study exam must log on to the registration website for online registration within the specified time, and print the information confirmation card online. After online registration is completed, candidates need to hold their second-generation ID cards (or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan ID cards) and bring printed information confirmation cards to relevant confirmation points for on-site confirmation. Candidates should complete online registration and payment within the prescribed time limit as soon as possible after establishing the examination information. If the candidate has participated in the online registration and passed the on-site confirmation and establishment of the exam, but has not completed the online registration, the exam information will be invalid.

2. Apply online. Jilin Province has established the Information Confirmation Card for Self-taught Candidates in Jilin Province (hereinafter referred to as the Information Confirmation Card, see the annex for details).
