I am a teacher in the city special education school. Today, I also brought eight of my colleagues to observe the lesson learning activities. I don't teach Chinese and know little about general education. I belong to the non-professional category, but I think different educational methods and concepts are interlinked. Teacher Guo and I today's task is to observe the coping strategies of classroom generative teachers. I want to generate the dimension of teachers' coping strategies from the perspective of a special-grade teacher, and talk about my own experience. Please criticize and correct my mistakes.

I think classroom generation and coping strategies are two problems, which should be regarded as a problem or a whole together with presupposition. Compared with the preset goal, generation and response should be a higher and deeper problem. First of all, let's look at two problems: classroom generation and coping strategies. One is whether the teacher wants the classroom to be generated. Is it possible to generate? Including time, space and other factors. Secondly, if there is no generation, there will be no problem to deal with, and only the generation of classroom will involve the problem of coping strategies. Therefore, we should trace back to the presupposition along the coping strategies and classroom generation. Presupposition, according to my understanding from a vertical perspective, should be the mainstream, the subject, the protagonist, and the teacher completing the established tasks according to the established goals. Because of this, the established goal, process, time, space and methods can easily make teachers form a preset mode-"seamless" or "standard answer". Everyone is rushing to attend the "Advanced Seminar on Classroom Observation and Discussion in Chen Dawei". I believe everyone can understand and accept my excitement and emotion. I will try my best to live up to everyone's enthusiasm and expectations and try my best to help everyone return home with a full load!

Before the formal training activities, I have some ideas I want to share with you.

First, why do you want to run such a class?

It can be said that I began to change the way of classroom observation and research at 1999. At that time, I was the principal of Fucheng District Continuing Education School in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. The reason is that I received a phone call from a middle school teacher complaining about the influence on her when the teacher of our unit went to school for investigation. She said that the teachers in the further education school listened to her class and said many questions in front of the school leaders. She criticized: "You are all jumping to conclusions. We can't do it at all, which doesn't help me.

After listening to your words, the headmaster and the director thought that my quality was not high and my performance in class was not good, which left a bad impression on me. This makes me think and practice: how to make classroom observation and guidance popular with frontline teachers in primary and secondary schools? What kind of classroom observation and discussion can really help frontline teachers? In May and August of xx, I practiced observation and discussion classes twice in Zibo, and the articles written on this basis were published in People's Education. From then on, "observation and discussion class" began to enter the field of vision of educators. Taking this as a starting point, I began to write articles, books, videos, lectures and practical promotion, and this year was wasted. What is the actual effect? It can be said that it is not ideal, it is not ideal. In xx, I was going to give lectures and discussion classes at several high-end seminars. On the one hand, I was moved by the courage of these teachers to accept and prepare for practice. On the other hand, I was surprised by their strangeness in observing and discussing the classroom. This makes me think: how to improve the promotion mode and help more teachers understand and choose observation and discussion classes?

Because more and more people are willing to learn to observe and discuss classes, we also hope to have a practice base for observing and discussing classes. I'm too busy to give lectures. On the one hand, I can't meet their invitation wishes, and on the other hand, I don't have time to build such a base. I am eager to have a backbone and team that can conduct in-depth research and guide lectures and discussions on my behalf, and I need a base for a group of backbones to participate and practice in person. This is the second reason.

The third reason is that the death of two friends of xx made me anxious to wait for someone. First, President Duan Hong of Chengdu Longjiang Road Primary School COFCO Xiangyun Branch died at the age of 46, and second, brother Li Yulong, editor-in-chief of New Education Reading and Writing Monthly, died at the age of 48. Mainly based on the above three reasons, I have cooperated with the National Union for the Development of Teacher Training Institutions, and made friends in Liwan, Yuexiu, Shanghai Pudong, Xiangtan, Hunan, Weihui, Dalian Changhai, Shenyang Heping, Harbin Xiangfang, Huailai, Hebei, Beibei, Leshan, Langzhong, Nanchong and Wuhou, Chengdu, and some of my colleagues met and became attached in Chengdu.

I also want to explain the name of the training program. I hesitate to start "Chen Dawei: Advanced Training Course for Observation and Seminar", because Laozi said, "Knowing your men and keeping your women is the best in the world." I also know that this will attract a lot of criticism. However, Secretary-General Li Xiaoping of the Alliance suggested that this should be the case, saying that it is the protection of characteristic courses and intellectual property rights. To be honest, when there is no research to discover knowledge, we may require that knowledge be open, and when there is a certain discovery, we may emphasize protection. Now I am more in favor of protection. Besides, I can set a precedent. When everyone has scolded me enough, other friends will come out to show their courses when they have the conditions, so that they will be less scolded for promoting their own courses. Someone has to try.

Second, about the direction of training.

First of all, this training is advanced. Participants are mainly teachers of training institutions (the only front-line teacher, Mr. Deng, is the host of "Teacher Deng's Studio" in Leshan City). Everyone has rich experience in classroom observation and guidance, and has a solid and profound theoretical literacy. I don't know much about other friends participating in the competition, but we will get familiar with them during the training and deepen our understanding. This is a foreign friend I know, Dr. Wang from Shanghai Pudong Institute of Education Development. She has been attending lectures with her team for a long time, and she is also preaching the research and practice of attending lectures everywhere. I also know from WeChat that she has just published a book "Forgotten Candlelight-A Record of Rural Teachers' Survival". With everyone's experience, level and ability, you are sorry for not doing high-end training, and you are sorry for yourself. Maybe we can locate it like this. Other training courses are for high school students and undergraduates. I hope to train masters and doctors this time. I will use such standards to design communication content, and please use such standards to demand myself.

Secondly, this training is also a systematic training. Through training, we can fully and deeply understand the concepts of observing and discussing classes such as curriculum view, teachers' view, teaching view and teachers' development view, master the basic strategies of observing and discussing classes, be familiar with the basic paths of observing and discussing classes, practice the specific methods of observing and discussing classes, develop relevant tools of observing and discussing classes, and explore the promotion strategies of observing and discussing classes. In short, the design is completed, and I hope to make a complete set.

Third, this training is a practice-oriented training. This kind of training is not to listen to several lectures and participate in several discussions, but to examine and change one's teaching and research lifestyle, to promote the practice of observing and discussing classes in the region and to promote related activities. We should position practice, pay close attention to practice, serve practice, apply what we have learned and learn from what is useful.

Fourth, this training is problem-oriented training. As you can see, there are many research questions written at the back of each unit in the study manual. These problems are important for teachers and researchers to promote practical observation and discussion. You can also think and ask your own questions during the research. In the training activities, we will study these questions, discuss these questions and answer them. I heard from Secretary-General Li Xiaoping that some principals are asking whether there is an evaluation and whether it is necessary to take an examination of sending employees to study abroad. I think you can take this "study manual" back to the principal and let him choose any of these questions. If you can give a different answer to each question, and he is satisfied with this answer on the whole, it will be considered as a proof. Third, training suggestions

I suggest that you should have the following awareness:

One is participation and sharing consciousness. Doing research activities, all of us may say to the participating teachers: "Participants gain more than bystanders, and experiencers understand more than listeners."
