Special operations personnel are strictly forbidden to work without a license or a special operation certificate.
Special operations refer to operations that are prone to casualties and may cause great harm to the safety of operators themselves, others and surrounding facilities.
Therefore, special operations personnel must hold relevant certificates. Equipped with special operations personnel must be trained by the relevant departments at higher levels, and review on schedule to participate in retraining. It is necessary to establish special operations personnel files, establish registration cards, and implement one person and one card. It is forbidden for special operators to work without a license or after drinking. Technical disclosure shall be made for special operations personnel before taking up their posts, and they shall not take up their posts without technical disclosure, and safety measures shall be strictly implemented after taking up their posts.

1. Electrical work, including power generation, transmission, substation, distribution electrician, etc.
2. Metal welding and cutting operations, including welders and cutters.
3. Lifting machinery (including elevator) operations, including drivers, cable workers, installation and maintenance workers, etc.
4. Driving a motor vehicle in an enterprise.
5. Climbing and erection operations, including climbing, demolition and maintenance workers over 2m.
6. Boiler operation (including water quality testing), including water quality testing workers of pressure boilers.
7. Pressure vessel operation, including operators of large air compressors.
8. Refrigeration operation, including installation, operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
9. Blasting operations, including ground engineering blasting and underground blasting workers.
10. Mine ventilation workers, including main fan operators, wind testers and dust testers, etc.

12. Mine safety inspection.
13. Mine hoisting and transportation operations, including bell man, tank (handle) worker, etc.
14. Mining (stripping) operation.
15. Mine rescue operation.
16. Management of dangerous goods, including management, transportation, escort and storage of dangerous chemicals, civil explosives and radioactive materials.
17. Other operations approved by state administration of work safety.
