1. At present, the problems presented by the supply and demand of human resources in airlines are: China's weak navigation foundation, unbalanced maintenance resources and insufficient training ability of professional and technical personnel, which makes the maintenance industry face difficulties such as insufficient number of employees and low quality of personnel, which seriously affects the foundation of healthy development of navigation.
2. The way to solve this problem is: to carry out pilot navigation training is a practical measure to improve the shortage of human resources in the current navigation maintenance industry, and some experience has been gained. This work combines the high-quality training resources of bureaus, colleges and enterprises, and plays a good role in the industry from the perspective of cultivating and improving the comprehensive ability of navigation AIDS maintenance and management personnel, focusing on improving the "quality" of human resources. At the same time, based on the practical experience of this navigation training pilot, the following suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of navigation human resources in the future:
1. In order to ensure the safe operation and rapid development of current navigation, training should focus on the quality of human resources, including the improvement and training of airworthiness awareness and practical ability.
2. For aviation colleges and universities, we can properly tilt to navigation in specialty setting and curriculum design, pay attention to the breadth of professional knowledge and safety culture education, so that graduates can quickly enter the state after entering the navigation maintenance industry, lay a good foundation for on-the-job training in navigation and shorten the maturity cycle of personnel.
3. For civil aviation training institutions, the shortage of aircraft training resources leads to the supplement and increase of navigation release personnel. It is suggested that the navigation industry * * * discuss and study the legitimacy and applicability of the general maintenance technology for aircraft models, encourage training institutions to broaden their navigation training capabilities and increase the training volume, increase the output of qualified navigation maintenance personnel, and reduce the training cost of personnel.
