With great reverence, I came all the way to Jinggangshan, the red cradle and red base founded by Chairman Mao.
I have long heard that Jinggangshan is beautiful, but in my impression, it will always be the battlefield after Huang Yangjie's artillery fire, the detour the Red Army has taken, the picturesque cradle of red flags and the simple old revolutionary base areas. I often ask myself: Without Mao Zedong and his Red Army, Jinggangshan and several ordinary peaks in the middle of Luo Xiao Mountains, would they be famous all over the world? Unexpectedly, as soon as I set foot on this magical land, rich traditional culture and picturesque scenery appeared in front of me.
We mainly visited the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Museum, and recorded the whole process of the Chinese revolutionary army of workers and peasants from September 65438 to September 1930. We walked step by step in the museum and witnessed how Jinggangshan developed from an unknown land into the greatest revolutionary base in China's revolutionary history. At this moment, every step we take is paved by countless revolutionary martyrs with blood and life. My steps have become heavy and slow, and I don't want to let go of every detail in this museum. It can be said that after the visit, I gained a lot, not only seeing the bloody struggle of the revolution, but also seeing the prosperity of the base construction. Two years and four months is only a short moment in the long history. In Jinggangshan, Mao Zedong combined the universal truth of Marxism with the concrete practice of China Revolution. Compared with the three mountains and five mountains, Jinggangshan, which is only one kilometer above sea level, is not tall and straight, but it attracts more and more people to visit here. What is the power that supports generations of China producers to move from victory to greater victory? Now I finally have a feeling of being glad that you have come, because I finally understand that this power is the "Jinggangshan spirit."
Every grass, tree, mountain and water in Jinggangshan records the mental journey of the heroes who changed their land in the past. They started with a team of only a few thousand people, and in 20 years, they have grown into an army of one million people. The solemn mountains and green waters in front of us seem to express deep thoughts on these Jinggangshan heroes. In the lush Jinggangshan and the red base area, every tree is telling a story, and every path is recording a history.
This trip to Jinggangshan benefited me a lot and left me three deep impressions. First, the spirit of firm belief; The second is the purpose of serving the people; Third, I have the courage to win. I will apply the spirit I learned from this trip to Jinggangshan to my future work and study, constantly spur myself to think and study diligently, and make great progress in my future work and study with higher work enthusiasm and more serious work attitude. Let's carry forward the revolutionary spirit of Jinggangshan and be a model of striving for Excellence.
Harvest a brother Lu along the way.
One day I chatted with a former student on QQ. He said, teacher, I am 20 years old. I was shocked and counted. Yes, I graduated in 2000 and worked as an "old" teacher for 1 1 year. Looking back on the best youth in my life, I feel a lot of emotion in my heart. When I graduated, I was a big boy myself. The first school where I taught was called "Peach Blossom Garden"-in an unknown place, next to an orchard. The school is very small, and most of the students come from the countryside. The condition is worthy of the word "poor"-in the winter without heating, an old-fashioned stove was set up in the class, and we learned to make a fire in the choking smoke at home. At the end of the day, there seems to be a thick layer of coal ash on my face in the smoky fire; Those of us who haven't even watered the flowers at home are self-sufficient by digging and growing vegetables in a small school garden with tools on our backs; There is no computer, no rear projection, and the highest-tech teaching aid is a tape recorder ... Even so, what is printed in my mind is not only the "bitterness" of conditions, but also the "joy" of harvest. There are few teaching AIDS, so do it yourself-pinyin cards in Chinese class, all kinds of small animal headdresses, clocks and watches in math class, arithmetic cards ... There are few teachers, and we have to take music classes. The tape recorder has helped us a lot, and we even have to learn to play a tune in a muddle. In the activity class, one person is in charge of three groups, drawing bottles, hanging on the wall, and even making colored candles with alcohol lamps with students ... This colorful experience has honed one's will, exercised one's ability, and made the plane life three-dimensional. And such tireless pursuit comes from the sunshine mentality of contentment and optimism. Tagore said: "Love is a full life, just like a cup full of wine." Yes, only by treating work as a kind of enjoyment and injecting love into work can we realize the happiness of career. If you ask a teacher what his greatest career ideal is, I think many teachers will say "make students like me". When I was a student, I always felt that there were too few teachers who really understood students' minds. I have faded away from my students' youth and become a teacher. I sincerely hope that my students like me and really blend in with them. As a primary school teacher, we are faced with a new generation of teenagers who are completely different from us. In terms of age, we are more than 20 years apart. Ideologically, although they are still a little immature, they may sometimes lead us; From the understanding of things, they are far simpler than us. Respecting the dignity and value of each student, appreciating the uniqueness and achievements of each student and amplifying the advantages of each student are the only way for students to develop in an all-round and healthy way. "Life is enriched by giving love." This sentence often comes to mind. I once taught such a child, who grew up under the doting of his parents. In the third grade, he was lured by some older children into stealing bicycles. When I first heard about it, I had no idea-if it is not handled well, it is difficult to guarantee that similar things will not happen again. Later, I found that his performance would be better after being praised, so I praised him casually in class, and my classmates often wrote articles to the radio to praise his progress. In this way, the "troublemaker" who once gave the teacher a headache gradually became an active "expert in labor". In the second year, I transferred to the first grade to teach. All the students who were taught at that time were in the fifth grade. But whenever I see them, I always feel a little warm-when my voice is hoarse, my classmates will greet me softly; Older children will come forward when they need help in their junior year. That day, I was leading the little students on duty to clean the classroom. It was the former "troublemaker" who quietly came in to help me sweep the floor and set the table ... a smile, an encouraging word, a notebook and a certificate of merit, which was really as light as a feather in terms of its value. However, in the psychology of an underachiever, encouraging words with a smile, full of praise and comments, and honorary certificates are as precious as manna and as delicious as delicacies. As a teacher, I told myself that I should be an eraser in children's lives, wipe away those wrong and unpleasant shadows, let them know their own value, and understand what they should cherish, insist on, reject and abandon. Let them learn to choose, be able to choose, and lead them on the bright road of life. Mencius once said: "The reason why a gentleman teaches is five: it is like preparing for a rainy day" ("Mencius? Dedication "), this is to educate the educated like timely rain, so that they can grow better. People usually compare educators to "gardeners". I know that we must integrate this art of "moistening things silently" into teaching in order to grow up with students. Only by giving love can you gain respect. "Come back with love and come back with blessings." Year after year, all the way through the wind and rain, all the way to harvest moving and beautiful-as a leader, lead me to grow on the professional road and understand the direction; I am a colleague who helped me grow up from a green "rookie"
In order to control the classroom and manage the class; It is a student who taught me that only by paying can I reap the truth; It is my parents who accompany me step by step to family education ... who said that life is like a marathon? Let's sing and dance on the long road of education with full love for education!
