The county-level village-level full-time family planning director training class officially started today. This training course is based on the overall deployment of the county's population and family planning work and approved by the county's population and family planning leading group. The main purpose of this training course is to further analyze the current situation of population and family planning work, explain population and family planning policies, learn relevant knowledge about population and family planning, further improve the professional level, professional quality and working ability of grassroots family planning cadres in the county, enhance their sense of responsibility and initiative, and promote the sound and rapid development of population and family planning work in the county.

Next, I put forward five simple requirements for this training class. First, we must profoundly understand the spirit of the leadership speech and conscientiously implement it. Second, all comrades attending the training class should study hard and actively. This training course is taught by the main responsible comrades of the county population and family planning bureau. The contents of the lectures are carefully designed in advance.
