What is the responsibility of the company's legal specialist?
Responsibilities of the post of Law Commissioner:

Participate in the company's business decision-making, conduct legal investigation and legal review on the company's business decision-making intention, provide the selection scheme and corresponding legal basis, and ensure the safety and legitimacy of the company's business decision-making.

Establish the company's contract management system, and standardize the signing, evaluation, management and performance of contracts. Formulate the standard contract text of the company for different types of customers.

Improve the company's various management systems and maximize the company's rights under the premise of legality. When necessary, measures can be taken to circumvent the law appropriately.

Establish customer credit rating system, carry out customer research and credit rating, implement grade classification, establish customer management files, and ensure transaction safety.

Establish and improve the company's intellectual property rights and trade secret protection system. Standardize and protect R&D, sales, customer service, distributors including customers from the company.

Carry out legal training, and carry out corresponding modular legal training for different groups such as management, R&D and sales, so as to enhance everyone's legal awareness and enrich relevant legal knowledge and practical skills.

Responsible for the company's response and litigation affairs.

Assist the human resources department to deal with labor disputes within the company.

Duties and tasks of the Law Commissioner:

Draft, review and modify all kinds of legal documents and contracts of the company.

Responsible for the legal review of the company's rules and regulations and products, review the company's contracts and formulate standard contracts.

Responsible for reviewing, revising and filing major contracts of the group headquarters and its subsidiaries, and issuing legal opinions on various contracts.

Responsible for keeping, reviewing or updating some company certificates, including business license, hygiene license, national tax and local tax license, etc.

Patent application, dealing with intellectual property legal affairs.

Handle litigation or non-litigation legal affairs in He Lei on behalf of the company to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company.

Put forward rectification opinions on violations of laws and regulations of the Group and its subordinate departments, and assist relevant departments in rectification.

Unify the legal authorization of the group.

Manage external lawyers and legal advisers.

Assist in organizing legal argumentation and legal guarantee for major business decisions of the Group.

Provide legal opinions and issue legal opinions for the operation and management activities of the group headquarters and its subsidiaries.

Organize and implement legal publicity and training for employees of the Group.

Duty 3: Duty Description: General duties of employees.

Seriously implement the rules, regulations and working procedures of the Group.

Obey the command of superiors, accept the inspection and supervision of relevant personnel, and complete the task with good quality and quantity.

Do a good job of keeping and handing over records.

Participate in training activities as required and take the initiative to put forward reasonable suggestions.

Keep the group secret.
