What is quality consciousness?
Question 1: What is quality consciousness? Quality consciousness is an enterprise's knowledge and understanding of quality and quality work from the leadership to each member field.

Quality consciousness has two meanings to "quality". One is product quality, that is, whether the product is qualified or not. Question 6: How to improve employees' quality awareness As we all know, product quality is one of the important factors affecting the survival and development of enterprises, but the important factor affecting product quality is employees' quality awareness. Employees' knowledge level, understanding depth and daily habits are uneven, and their quality awareness is far from perfect. Therefore, improving employees' quality awareness is to deepen understanding and change bad habits. I think we should do the following:

First, do a good job in getting started and improve the quality of employees.

The importance of knowledge is irreplaceable. People in important positions (positions that directly affect product quality) should have certain requirements and knowledge at the cultural level, and their understanding ability and acceptance ability are relatively stronger, so it is relatively easier to improve quality awareness.

Second, strengthen staff training and adopt "three major steps"

In recent years, the mobility of workshop employees has gradually increased, and new employees are constantly introduced every year. Most of them are fresh graduates with little practical experience. Facing these new employees, training is very important. There is a saying that it is much easier to cultivate a good habit than to correct a bad one. New employee training should also be divided into the following "three stages":

First of all, new employees should be trained in awareness and professional knowledge before taking up their posts. New employees have not engaged in related work, and their awareness of air conditioning processing is low. Training on related knowledge, such as the basic knowledge of household air conditioning, the importance of quality, the relevant standards of products, relevant laws and regulations, etc., should be carried out before taking up the post.

Secondly, standardized operation training is a key step. Our current operation training is a mode of "master with apprentice", so the importance of master is self-evident, which directly affects the learning quality and progress of apprentice. Therefore, the master should choose the employees with the strongest operation skills and the most standardized operation, so that new employees can form good habits from the beginning and then gradually influence other old employees.

Finally, it is to deepen the consolidation stage. After a period of internship, new employees have a certain understanding of air conditioning processing, and then combined with the actual production, theoretical training is carried out to make it easier for new employees to understand.

Question 7: What is the important role of establishing a good concept of quality awareness for enterprises?

First, excellent product quality can enable enterprises to win the market;

Third, excellent product quality can realize the sustainable development of enterprises.

The importance of product quality to enterprises is self-evident. If we don't pay attention to product quality, we will eventually be unable to move forward and fall short. It is not enough to realize the importance of quality. We should do it well, strive for quality, implement it in the hearts of every employee of the enterprise, and form a solid quality consciousness. Seeking quality, we must pay more attention to details, start from small things, and care for product quality like life.

Without quality, there is no market; Without quality, there is no benefit; Without quality, there is no development. Therefore, quality is the last word! From "inspection" to "prevention" of product quality, from "blocking" to "sparse" and then to "total quality management" of production, we can easily see that the requirements for refinement and quality level are getting higher and higher in the production process.
