First, the factory production site 6S management
6S management in the production site should strictly follow the requirements of cleaning, rectification, sweeping, cleaning and literacy, and carry out production management in the factory area.
1, 6S management cleaning: that is, clean up available and unavailable objects and classify them;
2.6S Management and rectification: store the cleaned items according to commonly used, infrequently used and unnecessary classification marks.
6S Management Cleaning: Clean the working environment comprehensively, including floor, office, workbench, working equipment, maintenance room, windows and passages.
4.6S Management Cleanliness: Keep the environment clean and tidy, and keep the passage unblocked.
5.6S Management Literacy: refers to the degree to which warehouse employees abide by the system, which is superior to the equipment maintenance system, equipment safety operation procedures, work instructions, product production process standards, workshop management system, etc.
6. Safety: establish the safety awareness of all staff, put safety first and prevention first.
6S Management-Maintenance and Improvement of Environmental Sanitation
(1) ground, floor, stairs, ditches, windows, etc. All links in the workshop should be cleaned up, including the wall, the corner of the machine foot, the kiln head and the kiln tail, the dead angle of the equipment between the glaze lines and so on. Every shift and every moment must be carefully cleaned to maintain a clean, refreshing and bright working environment;
(2) Ensure smooth access, neat articles and clean office facilities. In actual production, there are often some bad tendencies: the used things are thrown casually, whether in the aisle or by the ditch, and everyone kicks me when it gets in the way, which affects the beauty of the working environment.
(3) Classification and placement of accessories. In the machine shop, the parts that need to be replaced frequently and the repaired ones are placed in the most conspicuous position, and the old ones are disposed of. All the repaired parts are labeled and put into storage racks, which are sorted and placed neatly, so that the required parts can be found in time during daily equipment maintenance and the problems in production can be solved in time.
Iii. 6S Management-Equipment Repair and Maintenance
1, equipment inspection system. During the daily production of equipment, each shift shall conduct routine inspection of the equipment and make inspection records. Generally speaking, the inspection of equipment mainly includes three aspects:
sequence
1. Debugging before startup: Before the facility is put into use, it needs to start the trial operation for 5- 10 minutes, track the running state of various transmission teeth and other components to reduce the output, add lubricating oil to each component and adjust the working size of the equipment, and then start to put into normal production after all parameters meet the production process or the components are checked correctly.
Second, the inspection in the process of equipment operation, the equipment in production operation should be inspected 3-4 times per shift, and all parts should be carefully observed and found, so as to solve the hidden dangers in production in time. In production practice, the inspection of running equipment is of great significance to the kiln. Because once the kiln production line is put into production, its operation cycle is a whole, and there are inevitably problems such as equipment wear, displacement and aging in the production process. In order to ensure the normal operation of production tools and equipment all year round, it is necessary to strengthen and pay attention to the inspection of the kiln at any time in the process of tool production.
The third is the maintenance after downtime. After a production cycle, the equipment stops running, and all parts of the year should be inspected comprehensively, and problems found should be solved in time to ensure that it can be put into normal use before the next start.
2. Equipment regular maintenance system.
(1) Regular maintenance of production equipment per shift mainly means that the surface of the equipment is wiped clean, free of dust and oil stains;
(2) Weekly maintenance, bearing lubrication, electric box dust removal and purging, etc. ;
(3) Monthly maintenance, adding lubricating oil to the gear box and cycloidal pinwheel;
(4) seasonal maintenance, lubrication, fastening machine foot gong wire;
⑤ Annual inspection: Replace lubricating oil, wearing parts and worn parts.
3. Equipment maintenance system.
① Replacement and use of worn parts, such as screen, roller bar, flower net, grinding block, etc.
② Replace accessories, such as cycloid needle, chain, bearing, motor, etc.
③ Correction and repair;
(4) Overall replacement, even if it affects the normal production of products or the quality of products, the replaced items must be repaired and sorted before they can be recycled.
Four, 6S management-the principle of safe production
The most precious thing in a person's life is life, and life belongs to us only once. Then, wherever you go, wherever you are, whether you are driving, playing, in the bustling crowd, or in the production department, in the depths of people's brains, you must first be safe.
First, understand that safety comes first in production practice.
One's concept of making can't be ignored, and there are not many lessons learned from blood writing. However, a thorough and detailed analysis of industrial accidents, large and small, can be said that most of them are tragedies caused by our lack of self-prevention awareness. Therefore, in the production site management, we should fully educate employees and pay attention to safety protection measures.
To a great extent, we will protect our own lives and collective property.
1, personal safety accident prevention.
① Establish safety first. The concept of prevention first,
(2) Educate employees to be familiar with the surrounding working environment and operating equipment at work, so as to achieve the purpose of self-protection. A. the running direction of the crane when lifting objects; B. the direction of vehicles at intersections and corners; Wind direction of hot blast stove; Installation position of cables and electrical switches and other safety problems in use.
(3) Safety production regulations: A In site management, always pay attention to fire prevention, theft prevention and leakage prevention, and check whether the safety protection facilities are in good condition at any time; B Supervise employees to dress neatly at work, which not only maintains a good personal image, but also provides a reliable guarantee for their own safety. Resolutely put an end to wearing slippers, shorts, vests and so on. During work, female employees must wear safety helmets or protective hats and tie their hair in the hats; C. It is forbidden to work under drunken and severe fatigue; D. strictly abide by the operating procedures; E strict listing operation system. F, during work, it is forbidden to play, slapstick, reading books and newspapers, etc.
2. Prevent equipment safety accidents;
1) Equipment inspection.
2) Equipment inspection system;
3) Maintenance system after equipment aging;
4) Preventive measures for safe use of equipment.
