Hebei Young Cadre Administration College, referred to as "Hebei Young Cadre College", located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is a public full-time college under the Hebei Provincial Department of Education.
Hebei Youth Management Cadre College, formerly known as Hebei Youth League School, was established in 1950. 1987 approved by the former state education commission, Hebei Youth Management Cadre College was established on the basis of Hebei Youth League School.
Starting from 1999, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, students from full-time general vocational colleges are enrolled. In 20021year, it was approved by the Central Editorial Board and the Provincial Editorial Board and placed under the management of the Education Department of Hebei Province. It is a provincial public full-time college with scholarships and grants.
Hebei Youth Management Cadre College is the first batch of provincial-level labor education pilot colleges in Hebei Province, the second batch of Kunpeng Industrial College in Hebei Province, the first batch of Alibaba cross-border e-commerce talent training cooperative vocational colleges in Hebei Province, and the pilot colleges of elderly education in Hebei Province. It was rated as "advanced unit of conscription work in Hebei Province".
At present, the school has 35 modern on-campus training rooms and 67 high-end off-campus practice bases. The cultivation of professional talents in colleges and universities always adheres to the cultivation concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, classified training and meticulous work, and accurately implements classified training from four career development directions: employment, entrepreneurship, further education and conscription.

From 65438 to 0999, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the college began to recruit full-time students from ordinary higher vocational colleges, forming a school-running pattern with higher vocational education as the mainstay, adult education, league cadres training and post (vocational) training simultaneously.
