Regulations on the management of second-level builders
"Regulations on the Management of Second-level Builders" stipulates that the registration certificate and practicing seal are valid for 3 years, and after the expiration of 3 years, an application should be made to extend the special record book.

continuing education

Those who belong to continuing education will take part in and pass the exam once in 3 years. The general construction administrative department should hold it once a year, and you can pay attention to the notice of the local construction administrative department (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) on the official website.

Registration validity period

If it is necessary to continue practicing after the expiration of registration, it shall apply for renewal of registration in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 30 days before the expiration of registration.

Apply for renewal of registration

If the registration is renewed, the validity period is 3 years. To apply for renewal of registration, the following materials shall be submitted: (1) an application form for renewal of registration of registered architects; (2) the original registration certificate; (three) a copy of the employment contract signed by the applicant and the employing unit or other valid documents; (four) the applicant meets the requirements of continuing education within the validity period of registration.
