Employees should carry out post fire inspection before and after work every day; To achieve "ten checks and ten prohibitions": first, check the facilities and equipment to prevent damage and misappropriation, second, check the exit of the passage to prevent blocking, third, check the lighting instructions to prevent shielding damage, and fourth, check the decoration to prevent flammability.

Do not connect wires indiscriminately, use electrical equipment illegally, smoke with naked flames indiscriminately, leave posts without staff, store articles illegally, and stay in three-in-one accommodation.

2, early fire extinguishing ability

The unit should establish two groups (the first combat force group and the second combat force group); After the fire is discovered, the fire employees will form the first fighting force to put out the fire within 1 minute; After confirming the fire, the unit will form a second fighting force to put out the fire within 3 minutes.

3. Ability to organize and guide personnel to evacuate and escape.

The person in charge of fire safety, the fire safety manager and the employees shall be familiar with the evacuation route of the unit, the evacuation procedures of the guiding personnel, the use of emergency facilities in case of distress and the basic knowledge of fire escape.

Master the "three" principles: employees near the fire point are responsible for using fire extinguishers and indoor fire hydrants to extinguish the fire; Employees near the telephone or fire alarm point are responsible for calling the police; Employees near the safe passage or exit are responsible for guiding personnel to evacuate; Communication and liaison group-inform employees to rush to the fire, and the fire brigade will call the police to ensure communication and contact at the fire.

Fire fighting action group-use the fire fighting equipment of the unit to put out the fire; Evacuation guidance group-organize and guide the orderly evacuation of site personnel; Safety maintenance group-rescue and escort the injured; On-site security team-maintain fire order.

4, fire safety knowledge publicity and education training ability

Fire safety responsible persons, fire safety managers and employees should achieve "six proficiency": master fire laws and regulations and safety operation procedures; Master the fire urgency and fire prevention measures of the unit and the post; Master the use of fire control facilities and equipment.

Master alarm, fire fighting and evacuation skills; Master the safe evacuation route and the procedures and methods of guiding evacuation; Master the contents and operating procedures of fire emergency evacuation plan; Employees shall pass the post fire safety training when they take up their posts or change jobs; On-the-job personnel should conduct fire safety education and training irregularly according to the actual situation.
