Studying (training) in a party school depends on what kind of study it is. Short-term training lasts for one day, a few days, a week or a month, and academic classes last for 2-3 years.
Under the direct leadership of Party committees in colleges and universities, Party schools are the main positions to educate and train party member, cadres, activists joining the Party and development targets. It is also a political school to improve the quality of cadres in party member and strengthen the party spirit in party member. The main responsibilities are as follows:
1. Carry out publicity and education on the Party's line, principles and policies around major theoretical and practical issues.
2 responsible for the development of party member, cadres and activists training, rotation training work plan.
3. To be responsible for systematically educating party member, cadres and activists joining the Party on the basic theory of Marxism, the basic line of the Party and the basic knowledge of the Party.
4. To undertake special training courses or seminars organized by the Party committee and administration of the College, as well as training courses for non-party cadres.
5. Be responsible for theoretical research on Party building and ideological and political work, and improve the training level.
6. Be responsible for the business guidance, assessment, appraisal and commendation of Party school branches.
7. Hire part-time party teachers, examine and approve the qualifications and teaching contents of teachers in various topics, and examine and approve the teaching plan of annual training.
8. Be responsible for ordering Party school newspapers, magazines and teaching reference materials, and compiling and purchasing Party school textbooks.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the higher authorities and the college party committee.
