(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of Grade IV in this occupation.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise in the fourth level of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the enterprise in the third level of this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(four) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.
(5) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year after obtaining the undergraduate diploma.
(6) After obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate, after being trained by the human resources manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, reaching the prescribed standard hours, and obtaining the certificate of completion.
(7) Having a master's degree or above.
3. The human resource manager (national vocational qualification level II) (1) has been engaged in this occupation for more than 13 years.
(2) Having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this profession.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the second-level enterprise in this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) Engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate.
(5) Have a bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation.
(6) Have a bachelor's degree, obtain the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, have been trained by the human resource manager of the second-level enterprise in this occupation to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained the certificate of completion.
(seven) after obtaining a master's degree or above, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
4. The human resource manager (national vocational qualification level 1) (1) has a bachelor's degree (including equivalent academic qualifications), has been engaged in this profession for more than 9 years, has been trained by the human resource manager of a first-class enterprise to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
(2) Those who have a master's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years, have been trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
(3) Those who have a doctor's degree (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years, have been trained by a first-class enterprise human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and have obtained a graduation (completion) certificate.
(4) Those who have been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the second-class enterprise, have been formally trained by the human resource manager of the first-class enterprise to reach the prescribed standard hours, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
