How to write the experience of icu nurse training?
Nearly one year's icu nurse training is coming to an end. The combination of formal theoretical study and clinical practice has gained more than any short-term academic activities in the past, which not only changed my understanding of icu work, enriched my theory, but also improved my first aid and monitoring ability, and benefited a lot. The experience is as follows: I can do better. When I didn't attend the training, I enjoyed the respect of my colleagues for the "teacher" with the oldest experience and higher professional title in my department. I calmly guide my colleagues and actively teach students. It's really a shame to know that I'm far from the requirements of a specialist teacher after attending the specialist nurse training. The outside world is wonderful. In this training, I got close contact with the high-tech medical field in the province and learned more. I realized the profound and broad professional connotation of nursing career, appreciated the efforts and contributions made by Song Yanbo, an elite nurse in the province, to icu nursing career, and made me more enthusiastic about this job in icu. I also want to do better!

The combination of theoretical study and clinical practice is the best training method. To tell the truth, we have been studying because of the need of promotion and examination before attending professional training. A lot of theoretical knowledge in the training has been studied and passed in the books of self-taught junior college and self-taught undergraduate course. However, because we only study for the exam and lack the material environment for hands-on, the knowledge we have learned will soon become a thing of the past and be discarded with the passing of the exam. The learning style of this specialist nurse training has given us a brand-new feeling and made our students particularly satisfied in two aspects. First, the course content is arranged reasonably, and the content learned is needed in the work. Icu is a young subject. Icu nurses were transferred from other departments after the establishment of icu. Most icu nurses have relatively limited knowledge. At work, we often encounter such difficult situations and don't know how to deal with them, so we are all very satisfied with the thoughtful training content of this course. Second, sufficient clinical practice gives us enough time to digest what we have learned. It can be seen that the provincial nursing association has made great efforts for our training, and the internship unit has also provided us with a very good humanistic environment and operating place, which not only let us learn what we want to learn, but also let us feel the kindness of Nanjing people. Thank you here.
