Born in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province, 1983, graduated from No.1 Middle School in Chenggu County, Shaanxi Province in 2005, majored in communication engineering in School of Information, Qingdao Agricultural University in 2009, served as the director of discipline inspection department in School of Information, Qingdao Agricultural University in 2007-2008, trained a -Java software engineer in Beijing Dana Technology in 2008, and founded Telecom Tianyi Entrepreneurship Society in July 2009.
