In 2002, under the correct leadership of Longnan Electric Power Bureau, our bureau started the creation of "double standards" for safe and civilized production. Through the unremitting efforts of all staff for more than half a year, we have made unprecedented progress in all aspects and achieved good results, and passed the formal acceptance of the provincial company with a total score of 703 points. However, due to our safety management problems, the 12.26 accident happened, and our efforts for more than half a year were wasted in an instant. This is a failure of our bureau's work, which fully shows that there are still many loopholes in our bureau's safety work, which requires us to deeply reflect and make solid rectification.

In 2003, on the basis of our work in 2002, we seriously reflected on setbacks, summed up experience, and comprehensively carried out the creation of "double standards" for safe and civilized production. Starting with establishing rules and regulations, strengthening management and strictly implementing rules and regulations, efforts are made to eliminate floating safety production management, ineffective implementation of safety responsibilities, and weak safety awareness of employees; Starting with purchasing advanced equipment such as microcomputer and strengthening employee training, we will strive to improve the quality of all employees; Starting with the construction of marketing network, the implementation of microcomputer invoicing and the addition of business outlets, we will strengthen the construction of professional ethics, continuously improve the quality of service, and strive to create a relaxed and favorable electric power marketing environment. At the same time, the shortcomings in the creation of "double standards" in 2002 were supplemented and improved. Through the establishment of "double standard", the safety production work of our bureau in 2003 was effectively promoted and the economic benefit was improved.
