3. Have a college degree or above in this major or related major, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than one year.

-Senior stenographer (speed 220 words/minute, national vocational qualification level 3)

(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of stenographer of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 2 years continuously, and has been trained by a senior stenographer of this major to reach the standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

(2) Engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.

(3) have a college degree or above in this major or related major, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
