Four. Rights and obligations of both parties

1. Party B promises to cherish and make full use of the special training opportunities provided by Party A, study hard and improve its professional knowledge and business skills, so as to achieve the special training purpose required by Party A. If Party B fails to complete the special training or meet the special training requirements due to personal reasons, Party B shall bear the expenses by itself.

2. Party B promises to return to Party A's post in time according to Party A's requirements after completing this special training. The service period is 1 year, counting from the date when Party B returns to work for Party A. ..

4. After returning from the training, Party B shall sort out the contents of the training courses and make them into courseware, and mobilize other relevant personnel of the company for training according to the requirements of the company. The ownership and intellectual property rights of the courseware belong to Party A, and no one may upload it to the network or other media.

5. The skills (including software and hardware) learned by Party B after completing the training shall comply with the relevant confidentiality clauses within the agreed service period. If the term of the labor contract is longer than the service period, the confidentiality obligation shall also be observed during the labor contract period. If a confidentiality agreement is signed, it shall be implemented in accordance with the confidentiality system.

I. Responsibilities, rights and obligations of Party A:

3. After the expiration of Party B's study and training, Party B shall submit the report card to the Human Resources Department for review. If the result fails, the tuition fees paid by Party A will be refunded to Party A in proportion. If it is still difficult for Party B to return in one lump sum, Party A will deduct it from its total monthly income as appropriate.

4. If Party B resigns during the training period, it shall pay the training expenses of the company according to the actual amount incurred.
