Provisions on the Management of Police Cars Article 14 Public security organs, state security organs, prisons, reeducation-through-labor administrative organs, people's courts and people's procuratorates shall strictly manage police cars in their own departments.

Police cars should be driven by the people's police of their subordinate units. When driving a police car, you should hold a motor vehicle driver's license and a people's police card in accordance with the provisions of the standard police uniform (you don't need to wear a police cap when driving a car, but you should wear a standard police helmet when driving a motorcycle). The people's police shall not drive a police car during the driving practice.
