According to the Regulations on the Management of Tour Guides in the State Council and the Implementation Measures for the Management of Tour Guides by the National Tourism Administration, our province will hold the first national qualification examination for tour guides in the first half of next year. The relevant work is hereby notified as follows:
I. Registration and Qualification Examination
(1) Qualification for registration

In 20 14, the first national qualification examination for tour guides in our province continued to be open to the society. China citizens (including permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao) who abide by the Constitution, love the motherland, are interested in joining the tourism industry, have high school or technical secondary school education, are in good health, have no record of illegal and bad behavior, and have the basic knowledge and language expression ability to meet the needs of tour guide work. The exam is only available in Chinese, English and Japanese. Candidates who participated in the second national qualification examination for tour guides in our province in 20 13 years and have passed the "written test" or "oral test" may apply for additional subjects that have not yet passed the test. If you pass the written test, the language of the oral test can be changed.
Candidates who applied for the second national tour guide qualification examination on 20 13, but failed in the "tour guide service ability" (oral test), but passed the "comprehensive knowledge of tour guides" (written test), can take the second national tour guide qualification examination on 20 14. A tour guide who has obtained a Chinese tour guide qualification certificate may apply for an additional test of spoken English or Japanese to obtain a foreign language tour guide qualification certificate.
Tour guides who have obtained the qualification certificates of tour guides from other provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) and intend to work as tour guides in Guangdong need to take the Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides in Guangdong and take it at the same time as this examination.
(2) Registration time
Online registration time: 20 13 12 1 to 3 1. On-site audit time: 20 14 12 1 5 (the audit time in Hong Kong is 12 16-19). Deadline for payment: 20 14 12 1 to 10.
(3) Registration form, procedures and necessary materials.
1. The online registration and on-site verification are adopted for this registration. Candidates or units must log in to the Guangdong Provincial Tourism Bureau's government affairs network (www.gdta.gov.cn) for registration and registration. Please refer to the instructions for online registration for specific measures (see Annex 3).
2. After online registration, candidates must print two registration forms, together with the original and photocopy of the materials listed in the online registration instructions, and go to the on-site audit point selected by the candidates within the specified time. 3. After reviewing the candidates' information at each on-site auditing point, log in to the webpage through the designated account and click to confirm, and keep 1 registration form, relevant copies and paper photos. After the examination results are published, they will be sent to the provincial bureau * for use through the candidates' relevant registration materials and the bottom page of the album (see Annex 5).

Two. Training and reference books
(1) Candidates participate in the training voluntarily. According to the needs of candidates, listed tourism bureaus at all levels offer various training courses and special lectures for candidates to choose from.
(II) Municipal Tourism Bureaus should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of tourism colleges for training, support colleges or training institutions with good training conditions and tourism education teachers to undertake training tasks, strengthen guidance on training work, and strengthen supervision and management of training quality and training expenses.
(3) Candidates in this exam can choose the 2009 edition of the Qualification Examination for Tour Guides compiled by the Guangdong Tour Guides Examination Committee Office (hereinafter referred to as the "Tour Guides Examination Office"), namely, the basic knowledge of national tour guides, the basic knowledge of tour guides in Guangdong Province, policies and regulations, tour guides' business, tour guides' words in Guangdong Province, English tour guides' words in Guangdong Province, Japanese tour guides' words in Guangdong Province, and tour guides' words in the exam.
Third, the examination subjects and contents
(a) the national qualification examination for tour guides includes two parts: the written "comprehensive knowledge of tour guides" and the oral "service ability of tour guides". Examination content is the basic knowledge and skills that tour guides should master.
1. The written test (comprehensive knowledge of tour guides) covers eight subjects:
(1) Theory and current affairs politics: Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents Theory, Scientific Outlook on Development, international and domestic situation and foreign policy (outside reference books), etc.
(2) Tourism laws and regulations: tourism laws and regulations on tourism contracts, travel agency management, tour guide management, safety management, tourism insurance, tourism traffic management, tourism accommodation management, tourism resource management and tourism complaint management.
(3) Tour guide practice: service standards and emergency treatment of tour guides.
(4) Tour guide skills: tour guide skills, explanation skills and business knowledge.
(5) Guangdong history: Guangdong development history, historical events, historical figures, historical allusions, historical culture, etc.
(6) Guangdong tourism resources: Guangdong's natural and cultural tourism resources, etc.
(7) Basic knowledge of tour guides: Focus on ethnic content, including China's ethnic customs, religion, architecture, food, local specialties, world heritage, nature reserves, etc.
(8) Common sense of literature and history: common sense of history and culture, common sense of literature and art related to tourist attractions, etc. Theory and current affairs politics, tourism laws and regulations, tour guide practice and tour guide skills are two and a half hours long. The duration of the four exams, Guangdong history, Guangdong tourism resources, basic knowledge of tour guides and general knowledge of literature and history, is two and a half hours. The written test papers of foreign language candidates are the same as those of Chinese candidates.
2. Oral part (tour guide service ability) China candidates cover five subjects:
(1) Language skills: accuracy, logicality and rigor of language, pronunciation, intonation, speech speed and expression application of Putonghua.
(2) knowledge of scenic spots: the art for tour guides to master knowledge of scenic spots and explain them.
(3) Routine service: master the procedures and standards of tour guide service and the ability to use it.
(4) Emergency knowledge: normative requirements for preventing and handling special accidents in tourism activities.
(5) Reception etiquette: gfd, courtesy requirements and actual public relations reception ability during the reception of tour guides.
In addition to the above five subjects, foreign language candidates add "Chinese-foreign translation" and "short story retelling".
(6) Chinese-foreign translation: On-site translation ability and listening level during the tour guide's explanation.
(7) Retell the passage: Retell the passage randomly selected from the scene to examine the candidates' ability to understand and use a foreign language.
3. Designated scenic spots in this interview:
(1) Attractions in China Province: Chenjiaci, Humen opium war museum, Zhanjiang East Island, Huizhou West Lake, Nanhua Temple and Zen Ancestral Hall (candidate's choice 1 explanation).
(2) Attractions in China: (See Annex 1, where 1 is selected by candidates).
(3) English and Japanese attractions: an overview of Guangdong (required); Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Chenjiaci, World Geopark-Danxia Mountain, Kaiping Diaolou and Liyuan (candidate selection 1 description).
(2) Test score calculation: The written test "Comprehensive Knowledge of Tour Guides" (total score in the morning and afternoon) scored 800 points, and the qualified score was 480 points; The full score of the oral test of Tour Guide Service Ability is 200, and the qualified score is120; The written test of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides in Guangdong" scored 220 points, and the passing score was 132 points. New candidates must pass both written and oral tests, and additional candidates can pass. New candidates have passed the written test or oral test, and only need to add unqualified subjects next time.
Fourth, the examination time
(1) The examination date of "Comprehensive Knowledge of Tour Guides" is scheduled to be 201March 4 16.

Candidates from other provinces who took the exam of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides in Guangdong" only took the exam of "Overview of Guangdong History and Tourism, Guangdong Tourism Resources" on the afternoon of March 16, 1965, and the time was 14:00- 15:30, * * 90 minutes.
(2) The oral test of Tour Guide Service Ability was completed from April 1 2004 to April 30, 2004 (the examination time for each candidate is 30 minutes).
(3) Candidates can log in to the registration account from March 20 14/day, click "Print Admission Ticket" and print the admission ticket according to the requirements of the examination instructions (if the admission ticket is damaged or lost, it can be re-printed).
Five, the organization of the examination work and the setting of test sites.
The work related to this exam is arranged by the Provincial Guidance Office, and the tourism bureaus of all districts and cities are responsible for organizing and implementing the test sites. After the approval of the provincial guidance office, the test center will be notified separately.
VI. Marking and Certification
The marking work is organized by the provincial guidance examination office. The test results are fed back to the listed tourism bureaus at all levels by the Provincial Guidance Office, and the municipal tourism bureaus will inform the candidates of the results. At the same time, the provincial guidance examination office will publish the examination results on the government website of Guangdong Tourism Bureau for candidates' reference.
The national tour guide qualification certificate is uniformly printed by the National Tourism Administration, and the provincial guide examination office will start issuing certificates from June 2065438 to June 2004.
Seven. expense

Our province tour guide qualification examination fees, the implementation of "two lines of revenue and expenditure" management, paid in full to the provincial finance. (two) in order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and authority of the examination, the provincial guidance office will strengthen the macro guidance, supervision and inspection of the examination work. The municipal tourism bureau where each test center is located must send relevant personnel to guide and assist the test center to do a good job in the examination. Test sites and candidates who violate the rules and regulations during the examination shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
(3) Each test center must submit the examination work plan before 2014 February 10. Submit transcripts and related materials within two days after the end of the oral examination. Before May 9, 20 14, the local level will summarize the examination work with the listed tourism bureaus and report it to the Provincial Guidance Office.
